The Wrap Santa Fe

A very nice surprise in downtown Santa Fe and open on a Sunday. Good menu with a mix of healthy options. I opted for a teriyaki chicken bowl, which was well priced and substantial with broccoli, chicken, kale and edamame over rice. Delicious! I will be back.

Leaving negative reviews is a bummer, but hopefully this will help others plan accordingly. This is purely about service. My family went on a morning hike and we were heading back to Santa Fe for a late lunch. We have three kids - 3, 5, and 8. We looked this place up on the drive back and placed an order for pickup - timed perfectly for our return to town. (The receipt actually says "up to 20 minutes") When we arrived, the place was packed but only one person had their food (clear red flag). We were ignored for 5 minutes, and then waited another 20 minutes for our food to finally be ready. Meanwhile, the folks working there seemed very annoyed by our suggestions (we said we'd take the food to go or to eat in, whichever was faster), actively rolled their eyes, and did nothing to help make the situation more pleasant. I've worked in restaurants and I totally understand being in the weeds, but acknowledging the challenge and making a gesture goes a long way. By the time our kids finished eating, there were STILL people who hadn't gotten their food. So bottom line - our kids enjoyed the food but don't come here hungry.

We checked out this cute cafe for lunch. Unfortunately, they were out of bread so we couldn't get any of the Paninis. We had a tofu, rice bowl, falafel wrap, vegan Ramen, bowl, and sunrise smoothie. The falafel wrap was probably the best thing there followed by the rice bowl. The smoothie came like in the picture for 9$. Seating is cute.

Was pleasantly surprised by my turkey sandwich from this spot. We picked this spot since it was one of the few still open for a late lunch, and based on its unassuming environment wasn't expecting much, but my turkey was actually quite solid. And while I didn't get a rice bowl because I was skeptical of a rice bowl from a wrap shop, my friend's rice bowl actually looked really good (and he said it tasted pretty good too). Good option if you're looking for a quick bite in downtown Santa Fe.

Everything is healthy! Service is friendly. Nice space, well-lit. Games imply we don't have to hurry out. Hubby got chicken rice bowl, mine was felafel plattter.

Love this place! I ordered the vegan spicy ramen with tofu- so yummy! The ambiance is lovely, it's right on East street in Santa Fe so it's lively and chattery without being overwhelming. All of the workers are so kind, and who I take to be the manager treats them all with so, so much respect. Could not recommend it enough!

Great lunch spot. We enjoyed green smoothies and veggie rice bowl with house-made sauce. It was crowded but the service was attentive. Nice, covered out-side seating in the breezeway.

Best sandwich i have had in a long time. The ambiance and staff are very nice. I would recommend to anyone in Santa Fe living there or passing through to stop in and have a bite.

Everyone was so sweet, the owner talked to us about the food and was so kind wishing my mother happy birthday, food was great for price and it was very nice and quiet inside

The food was tasty & portions were good. But I would never recommend The Wrap. The service is disrespectful & downright rude. They desperately need to learn about customer service. When my plate was served I asked if I may have some hot sauce. The woman literally let out a sigh & rolled her eyes at me & told the other server to 'get her some hot sauce'. The second server scowled as she brought what looked like a tablespoon of sauce.
