What a quaint, lovely place in Albuquerque They have a nice entrance with comfy couchesGreat glass table adjacent to a well maintained kitchen available to use.Nice structured rooms , which can be rented for a multitude of events.

I'll admit I don't know a ton about yoga studios. But they all seem to have their niche - hot, warm, with barre, (you see where this is headed.) Unity is different. And I mean that in the best of ways. It is more of a shared space for different teachers of different practices. Just last night I went to a sound healing class during the full moon. That's something you don't just run into at your standard yoga studio. (But they also do regular yoga as well.) There are a few yoga spaces, and last night I saw a massage room as well. The place feels serene from the moment you walk through the door and it smells just like an earthy, Santa Fe-type spa. The energy is beyond peaceful. I stumbled across them on Facebook, and I couldn't be happier. It appears as though most classes you are able to drop in. Please, go get your zen on.

The Unity Studio is such a special place. As a member, I can use the studio as a home office away from home. I feel instant calm when I enter the space! It feels like I'm home without all the distractions of actually being home. I can have my tea or coffee, pick oils to diffuse, and meditate before starting my work. Everyone is doing amazing events and classes here, too. I am so grateful to be a part of such a creative, conscious, and loving community.
