I got my windows tinted here and upon picking up the vehicle I was informed that my rear driver side window does not roll down and would not be covered under warranty. This was news to me but I did not question it because I haven't rolled that window down in a while. I could not test my window here because of not being allowed to roll my windows down for 48-72 hours. Once 72 hours was complete I tested my window and it works perfectly fine. I called and spoke to the owner who talked down to me as if i was a child and knew nothing and he knew everything. He would not admit he was wrong and wouldn't fix the tint and cover it under warranty. I have reported this business to the better business bureau.My window does go down you are just to incompetent to use a window switch.

I called to get a 2nd quote and the man who answered the phone must of had a very bad day....all I wanted was to get a second quote for my home. I told him I had a quote already which I thought was high due to I just had my home tinted in California which had more windows that was much cheaper than the quote I received today. He started yelling at me and told me "then go back to California!" I was very shocked and then he preceeded to yell and continue to tell me to go back to California and then called me a Bitch! What kind of customer service is this?!?! I am a native to NM and this is my home!Very disappointed! Please DO NOT do business with this person who does not respect others. The person who yelled at me is the same one that is on the voice recorder....must be the owner. I will pray for him to find happiness within himself. Business must not be doing well....

Simply wanted a quote for my windshield to be tinted. Who ever answered the phone had very weak customer service skills. When I asked if it would be an issue for Tint Co. to tint my windshield, employee started to get snarky. Highly unprofessional and will not recommend this company to anyone just based of customer service. I lived in Florida where the rules and regs are way stricter and got my windshield tinted no problem, not even a fuss. But here completely different.Disappointed for just a quote.

My husband missed his appointment on 7/22 in the morning because I got COVID and he is caring for me as best as he can. He called in the afternoon to apologize and try to reschedule when someone answered the phone and quite LITERALLY told him, "F*CK off and F*CK you" then hung up on him. He called back to speak with a manager to explain the poor customer service. My husband and I have had 3 Volkswagen Passats tinted here, a Mini Cooper, a Volkswagen GTI, a Honda Pilot, and a Ford F250. Everytime we get a new car, we were loyal customers and came back. He got the "run around" about 2 times with employees telling him to call back because the manager was unavailable. The third time he called, the store just didn't answer, so he left a message explaining the situation. When he didn't get a call back, he figured he'd check to see if the manager was available at that time so he can have an adult like conversation and explain the situation. Keep in mind, we've been loyal customers for YEARS. My husband wasn't outraged or even mad, he just thought this small business may have had an employee that was having a bad day, and wanted to speak to someone that may be familiar with him and could assist in helping him schedule a new appointment for our new vehicle.The OWNER answered the phone and sounded like a reasonable individual initially. He told my husband Friday is their busiest day, so my husband tried to avoid the shop losing potential business & suggested Thursday to reschedule instead; just figured he'd come in on a slower day. This is when the owner completely lost his mind. He LITERALLY started yelling at my husband saying "you're the one who left this long ass message". He started cussing him out, called him a homophobic slur like f*g, and a p*ssy. Once the owner's meltdown finished, he told my husband not to come back. And we plan on doing exactly that.We feel sorry because we love to support local small businesses and we've recommended this small business to so many family and friends and will now have to tell them to avoid it due to this instance. This simply is not how you treat people who pay your bills. Smdh.
