The Shop At Old Town

On rare occasions I stop in a store and say wow with the inventory - this place is an exception. There is some of the usual tourist stuff, but being off of the main travel routes the focus is much different. What made us stop was the Native American pottery and the glassware. While some pottery is mass produced and geared for the tourist trade there is a huge selection of one off, individualized pieces. Living here has made us discerning consumers of pottery. The other piece was the glassware. It comes from Makora Glass in Poland. The Shop at Old Town offers the largest selection in the US. It even comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If it doesn't fit your decor it be returned. The glassware is beautiful for see and I can imagine even nicer in the right decor. We have to find a place and color for ours. We were impressed will be back to add to our collection of pottery. If you get to Old Town adding this place to your list is a requirement.
