Some of the best views, hands down, in the city. Especially downtown. I went to a wedding reception on the 8th floor. It is going to be made into lofts...it's laid out that way...but it's perfect for a group for now. The views are wonderful. Make sure you visit the rooftop. The sunset looks magnificent from there and there's plenty of room for big parties, DJs, etc. I didn't know this gem existed.

Breathtaking location. You get a great view of Albuquerque. The only bad thing is that to use the restrooms you have to go down a few floors. That is the only negative with this space. One of my favorite private event spaces in town.

This is one of the hidden gems in our city. The Rooftop frequently hosts $5 donation yoga and "wine down Wednesdays." Yoga on the roof has become one of my most favorite evenings in Burque, and what I look forward to throughout the week. I do believe that the roof can be reserved for private events, and I would definitely recommend it as the view is gorgeous! Parking is free on the street after 6, or available in the lot across the street (paid 24/7....not included with yoga, as I learned ;)

Had a pretty fantastic time a-top the Lofts and checking out the beautiful view. Big Brothers and Big Sisters hosted an event here and the catering company which put it on did a fantastic job, which I believe were associated with this venue. There was an AMAZING spinach and artichoke dip, little cheeseburger sliders but so tiny, so mini, on toothpicks - adorable. There's a little bar set up and a few bottled beers and mixed drinks. When the sun started to come down it was a sight to be seen and many oohs and aahs as we enjoyed the great vibe and the beautiful view. It's a fun place to partake in an activity. Check it out!

Fabulous venue for special events, especially at sunset on a balmy night. Great space for music and dancing, attentive staff. Elevator - no steps. Restrooms on the same level. Nice selection of beers. Really exciting location for all ages.

This is a beautiful building/venue, BUT as an outdoor venue they are woefully unprepared to deal with weather- either very hot days or rain days. I was at a wedding there last night that got completely rained out and the staff did not only seem ill-prepared and slow to respond, the venue itself did not seem to have any kind of back-up plan whatsoever. There was no adequate indoor space to move the wedding into. They temporarily shuffled people down to the 8th floor that seems to be under construction and is used to store random items. (No screens on the open windows- seems like a safety hazard for the children!) There were no chairs or tables in there. I've never known an outdoor venue that does not have either an indoor backup option or at least some kind of shade/rain structure they can erect. (At least something to put up over the bride and groom and the dj equipment! The dj kept having to stop and bring all the equipment inside so no mic for the wedding ceremony!) A smart venue manager would at least have prepped the beautiful ground floor old bank lobby space that is sitting empty after having seen the weather report. (We looked in the window of that area as we left and wondered why it sat empty while the bride and groom got drenched!) Pretty much all the money this poor couple spent on their wedding was totally wasted because the whole wedding got rained out. Everyone kept trying to march forward, but there was nothing to be done as the lightning and thunder cracked right overhead and it intermittently rained heavily.
