The Rolling Chef

Since the pandemic have been excited to check out another Ghost Kitchens and happen to hear about The Rolling Chef owned and operated by Tony Saccoccisa a long time Chef in the Q. I decided to try out his Korean Fried Chicken sandwich and boy was I happy I did, by far the best damn Chicken Sandwich, when it came to taste of sweet & savory intertwined with love and the perfect crisp thought out the whole sammie. His special of Carne Adovada Tacos were flippin amazing and another home run. The meat was so tender & flavorful, bites of avocado and cheese made magic in every bite. I can't wait to try his other offerings, as he's really elevating the lunch experience in the Q. Ciao

These food truck has awesome menu, very delicious tacos, ribs and brisket plates. You should give it a try.
