A really excellent selection of fabrics for quilting; this is one section that is organized by main fabric color.

Stopped by here on my way through town. Waiting for hotel availability and had some time on my hands. After looking through my travel sewing app, I discovered that this was the only store in the area that was open on a Sunday. The store is large with a good amount of fabric offerings. I picked up some holiday options (Halloween and Xmas) because I always seem to have a holiday quilt in progress. The ladies working there were incredibly helpful.

I'll be very honest. I had not been in this store for a long time. The last time the service was lacking and the store felt old and stodgy. Wow, what a difference!! The selection is gorgeous, and the service was amazing!! I am having my son's graduation quilt long arm quilted here, and cant wait to bring in 3 more tops that I have ready. So happy to see the fabulous turn around.

THIS is a great quilt shop! All of their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love gone in there often to just look at the many samples and get inspired. They have a wide selection of fabrics, perhaps leaning a little towards the traditional, but plenty of modern choices also. Lots of batiks. Great selection of notions. It feels like going going to a family members home to visit.

This is my favorite fabric shop in town. They have great taste in prints with a generous selection of Japanese style, 1940's reprints and batiks. There is a great 50% off sale rack and they have a stamp rewards card. Most of the staff is kind and helpful. This is a definite stop if you're a quilter in Albuquerque looking to add to your fabric stash. Whoever dies with the most, wins!

The people who work here are very nice and helpful. I was trying to pick out fabrics for a project and a very nice woman was helping me. Within a few minutes, 2 more were helping. They picked out some great fabrics. Also, Dana is a great teacher. I had never even touched a sewing machine before and after taking a few of his classes I believe I can do anything.

I love this quilting store! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a wonderfully wide selection of fabrics. I also enjoy the "sale" rack -- at the beginning of every month, they have a shelf where they put fabric that is 50% off the original price (you must buy at least 1 full yard to qualify for the discount). I have found a lot of really great prints here!

I started quilting a few years ago and would be utterly lost without the wonderful ladies and gent at The Quilt Works. They are a full service quilt shop and can get customers in contact with local longarmers; Elizabeth Dawson rocks! They also have a wide variety of classes and are always willing to help with a quilting "crisis." I can't say enough good things about The Quilt Works.

I was shopping in the store today because they are having a sale. When I was checking out I asked if I could use my fully stamped card worth $20. Instead of the cashier saying "Sorry, we don't take those when the sale is on," she said "No. you're already getting it for free." Thanks for making me feel like a thief. No kindness there. There are others quilt stores in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. I won't be going back there.
