**UPDATE :: I want you to look at the accounts giving this place 5 stars.... see something in common? 90% rated this place w/out photos. Which tells you they are FAKE!**I've been waiting a LONG time to write this review. The thing is, as a domestic violence victim it's scary to post reviews about a place you live. But this is IMPORTANT that I post this now. On a scale from 1-10, I give The Q Nob Hill- from upper management Jackie Ladon to lower level Lauren (aka Lala) Santisteven to the owners Assaf Rezoni a ZERO!!! This company is trying to sell all of The Q properties and flip a bad product, not only onto some entrepreneurs but onto the tenants as well. You pay $1100/mth plus share gas/water/electric/trash with EVERYONE. This means the old pipes flood you & all lower units 3 times in the 90 days you live there YOU, the tenant, flips the bill. Not to mention you pay for a gated community and the gates have stuck open (allowing a homeless man to bang on a single woman's door during quarantine then run up to the 3rd floor till cops came) OR they don't open making a fire hazard of only ONE exit available. Remember, you're paying for this!! Management implores tenant to disrupt and harass people below*. They like to turn maintenance against tenant too. All while badmouthing Kenny, the maintenance man doing his best. Lauren went publicly on FB to post that she was happy to be kicking people out during quarantine*. They moved an unknowing couple into a apartment that flooded in MARCH. Units 106, 107, 108 have ALL flooded and they simply PAINT over it. We flooded 3 times in 45 days. Non-smoking due to the fire risk, but it's ok to smoke pot with shared ventilation so long as your write a good review (see Joey's review)*.Want to write a work-order? Get ready for a hostile Lauren. Want to speak to someone who might help, like Jackie? Get ready to hear them say they "don't care"*. This place is infested with ants, plumbing that will burst on you, bursting by open outlets, they'll tell you you're "lucky maintenance comes at 7pm to shut the water off"a company that will make you flip the bill, all while telling you "just leave if you don't like it" and if you don't leave set tenants and maintenance against you/each other. LAUREN is with The Q. She made a review herself and then had her husband do it. They remove what they can from FB, and try to get Yelp to hide bad reviews. So the unsuspecting public cannot see what they are getting themselves into. Look at how picture are blocked from reviewing on FB. They don't want you to see. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wouldn't wish it on my domestic abuser. How is that for facts? Also, I was told "no one cares" so hopefully reviewing this will make you care. *see photos

I want to add pictures because it's easier to believe when you can see what is going on, plus there was a character count limit to my original review and I have soooo much more to say. Instead I'll let the pictures do the talkin.

I just finished moving out of 106 after severe flooding and a series of awful interactions with the property manager. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They get lots of people moving from out of state who rent apartments sight unseen and they take advantage of that! The apartments might look nice at the beginning but I know from experience and from talking to neighbors that almost everyone experiences major flooding and other maintenance problems routinely-- the people above us told us they had been flooded three times in the last six months. The management staff is horrible and unhelpful, particularly the manager Lauren Santistevan. My interactions with Lauren started out pleasant, then she quickly turned rude, mean, dismissive and aggressive when I began speaking up about the pattern of shoddy plumbing and lack of appropriate repairs. Their maintenance "team" is one unlicensed person who I have watched make basic easily avoidable mistakes with most repairs he does. Overall, avoid this place as much as possible. I wish I had not wasted two months living here and would gladly go the rest of my life without interacting with this company or Lauren ever again. I would not have felt safe continuing to live in this building, and do not trust this management team to keep me or my possessions secure.

Update...again. Didn't have a working dryer for 6 mos. management kept trying to charge me for things NOT on the lease (like deposits and fees that ARE NOT ON THERE). Went to court Judge basically told them their lease was terrible and that NO I don't have to pay for things not on the lease....Wild right? Then a day or so after the court dismissed their case against me everything stopped working. My key fob to get inside the gate to park, and my mail box was somehow listed as "vacant," and my access to their portal was denied. I let them know and nothing was done. Then my AC broke during the heat wave where it was 100 degrees daily. Fixed nothing. Came and told me they couldn't really fix the AC....I sent a letter to the management company saying I'm moving out early because I mean....everything is wrong w this place THEN they wouldn't accept the keys from me. I had to mail them their keys. Petty level 3,000. DO NOT LIVE HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE. Trust me. Nightmare.

I move in here a year ago and was sitting outside with my neighbor friend and just thought "what a lovely place we live". There is the cleanest greenest courtyard in ABQ trees and shrubbery and a waterfall splash. The people are nice. I am a Nana but know all the babies here and the best dogs. Just thought I'd share. Btw the manager is super easy to get along with and really cares about tenants.

I just moved to the Q @ Marquette. In a few weeks since I have been here, everything seems fine and I like it. What I am giving the excellent review for is the office staff I interacted with. Bernadette, Melanie, and Julie were very pleasant and helpful. In particular, Bernadette has been helping me with application process and she has been very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Melanie and Julie have been there on my movie-in day and they were a fun and nice friendly faces during what is usually a stressful process.

We don't recommend this apartment . They use very cheap product and want to make more money somehow from their residents and have no service spirit at all. When we moved in, they requested me to register my ID, even took a copy as a cohabitant and made a document in front of us from it. I waited for almost two hours under the strong sunshine in summer outside the manager's room. Super dehydrated and felt sick after this. When we ask about the document later, they said that they did not have any information about it . Also during waiting for this process, one resident reported that he was stolen his bike. He chatted with us about it for only a few minutes, and the woman who was doing the process told us 'Don't talk about us in the bad way with other residents. It is forbidden'. ...Are we in a different country?Next, one resident's son threw rocks to other resident's car and broke the window. I was the one of the victim. We reported to the apartment manager and police. They didn't have cameras and one victim started to record from his room and found the boy throwing. We tried to see the boy's mother but didn't make it. Just paid by ourselves. We ordered the solution many times to this apartment. They didn't do anything and in the end started to charge us the camera fee!! We stayed there for only 4 months even though we had 2 months left for staying there. Another victim also left after this episode.

cheapest apartments I could find that meeta all my requirements but after only living here for 4 months my dishwasher won't close, there's cracks in my corners, my washing machine is broken, the automatic gate takes forever to notice I'm blocking the button and the side gate broke so if you exit that way you can't get back in unless you have your clicker for the main gate. I messaged them about everything and they basically just shrugged and said "we'll check it out." they're not proactive about resident's concerns.

PROS: Good location in a little neighborhood of Nob Hill. The apartments themselves are nice, recently updated. Gated parking, however the gate was frequently broken during my year and half there.CONS: Current management. Rachel is extremely rude. She Has made the move out process entirely too difficult. I moved out two months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit. I gave my new address on the day of move out inspection, and have followed up three times since. I'm still trying figure out where my money is. I was given thirty days notice of rent increase and so decided to give move out notice. I was initially told I had to give 60 days notice, despite my lease being up months ago. I was, at that time, paying on month to month basis. They will not go out of their way to be at all courteous regarding fine print of lease agreement but then try to take advantage when they are in the wrong. My overall impression of current management is that of a wanna be upscale apartment complex with all the attitude and condescension and zero customer service.Overall: good apartments, management sucks, not worth what they charge or the bs you may be subjected to.

I lived here for about a year now! And I have to say by far one of the best apartment Complex's you can find for quality, location, safety and price! Most definitely the best in the Nob Hill area and the city of Albuquerque period. My favorite things about living here would have to be the spacious kitchen and island that has an open layout with the living room! The electric stove and oven that's built into the island. It's a gated community with assigned parking. And the location is perfect because it's a short drive from everything!
