The Nest

The Nest has quickly become my favorite place to unwind and rejuvenate. For me, it's Yoga and Pilates. What sets The Nest apart is the genuine care and passion the space provides for its instructors, and the instructors are some of the best in the city. I can't recommend this sanctuary enough for anyone seeking a comprehensive wellness experience.

Beautiful space, easy to book and use. The only small downside was that it wasn't moped/clean when we arrived (left our feet black)

This is a wonderful yoga studio in the Rio Rancho area. I attended the summer solstice yoga class and it was both a comprehensive and relaxing workout. I definitely recommend this place for yoga!

We had my granddaughter's sweet 16 birthday party here... It's a really nice venue for a small party of 30 people or less... We had about 28 people... the reception area is really nice for food service... And the room itself was perfect... The owner was very helpful in telling us how to work the door lock system and the lighting, etc.... I wasn't able to preview the room in advance and didn't realize there was a flight and a half of stairs... It was just a little difficult for a couple of guests with medical issues... Other than that thumbs up

I love teaching my group yoga classes and private lessons at The Nest! It is a beautifully designed space, with the wellness community in mind. It is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. This co-op space is easy to book using the Court Reserve app, with more than reasonable rates. It's great having a conveniently located space in Albuquerque where I can teach how, when, and what I'd like without the stress of owning my own studio.
