The Local Brewhouse

This is the first time I've ever eaten here. CORIE the bar attendant did such a great job.She served other guests and turned her attention towards me to take my order. She greeted me and welcomed me to the local brewhouse, handed me a menu and asked if I'd like to have a drink.I asked her for a recommendation and she said the blonde is a good one. She gave me a small sample, it was good but I was in the mood for something fruity and had a sample of the watermelon cider. It was very good.That was what I asked her for my drink.I ordered a double burger and it was done to my satisfaction. The bun was really good too.The bar was very clean. And the variety ofMusic was also a welcome change. I will comeBack again. Great service, great food and great environment made my visit awesome.CORIE left a great first impression in representing the bar/restaurant very well.Like Arnold Schwarzenegger said in Terminator, "I'll be back!"

One of the best outdoor patios around with killer views of the Sandias. Food was good, but nothing special. Something about the ambiance was off. Another brew pub that hipster parents let their kids run amok killing the adult vibe for sure, especially on the patio.

Went there to try it out, was very surprised by the fish tacos which were flaky, crispy! Very good! Also, I ordered some deep fried mushrooms, omg! They were huge! Like take 2-3 bites to finish one. Very good! Good beer of course, nice waitress. Definitely coming back for the food.

Shout out to Rhiannon, our server for friendly, prompt, and efficient service. Well done. Shout out to the kitchen for one of the best burgers eaten in a while. The blue cheese bacon was superb. The 3 shredded beef tacos with avocado were fabulous. I could have eaten 3 more, they were so good. The location and view from this mile high location was breathtaking. I am anxious to go back again soon.

This is a during covid review. During covid every other patio I've been to (several) have been able to provide ice water this summer and fall. Especially when it's 100F. Not providing free water is absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal like it is in Arizona. Water is a big deal for me, and when you can serve sodas with refills, you should be able to serve tap water with refills (a healthier alternative).Otherwise, the food is the same.

The beer was indeed cold. The service was great. The green Chile chicken prolly was very very spicy (good but spicy) only disappointment was there was more green Chile than chicken. Loved sitting outside.

It's all fun and games till the dj bouncer starts shit with you!! Happens to everyone.. along with the songs the place socks in general a place to get free beer tho hahaha other than that it socks

The chicken tenders were awful and the marinara tastes like how a dirty dishwasher smells. Service was great though. Server worked her ass off.

Well the service here is horrible!! Me and my husband came in for a beer. We went to the outdoor area, sat at a table thinking a server would come over and ask us what we'd like, but that NEVER happened. The waitress's walked by us several times never said a word. My husband had to go back inside and order our beers and bring that out. Still no waitress ever even spoke to us. Mind you they've been out here to sever other people.We will never come here again.

5:55PM today was the first time to try The Local Brewhouse. Maybe 20% occupancy and we waited 10 minutes before I had to greet the waitress because she never made eye contact with us the several times she walked by. I waited almost 5 beside her while she worked on the refister. I finally asked if we seat ourselves and she said yes. I had to then ask for menus and she said she would be with us in a minute. 10 minutes later of her walking past without any eye contact again, we left. That's 30 minutes we won't get back. We also won't be back. Its a shame when you try to support local businesses and this happens. LJS got our money for fish Friday.
