The Historic Lobo Theater

This place is so much freaking fun! I've come multiple times now and I can't wait to stop in again. My husband brought me for a late movie to watch Grease for Valentine's Day! We got popcorn and a soda! It was so much fun being there with all the cult classic lovers singing and being dressed up. & then I came again by myself for breakfast and brunch to watch Beauty & the Beast. Breakfast was spectacular! Such great options. It was a buffet style. Tickets plus brunch are such good prices. The staff and bartender were so nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there! I can't wait to come back. Sucha great experience. The fact it's local and has been around since the 30's makes it even better.

This theater has been around for decades. It is used now for events. Attended an event here recently and they have done sow things that make it more flexible for different events.

We came tonight to see Jaws as part of AFMX's monthly film series. This was a "dinner and a movie" show with a set menu, but we just went for the movie. On other nights they also serve food, along with a variety of adult beverages that looked tasty.Unfortunately, the movie screen has a big white stripe running halfway down its left side, which was distracting, and the sound quality wasn't great so it was hard to hear. There was also a bright light over the screen that wasn't turned off until at least 10 minutes into the film.This looks like it would be a great venue for a concert, but we won't be back to see a movie until they fix the screen and sound problems.

What a great place and exactly what Nob Hill needs!!We came here for a special event and I am so impressed with the improvements. Starting with their contemporary lobby featuring an ultramodern lounge offering a full bar. Because it was a special event for St Patrick's day the cocktail menu favored the holiday. We enjoyed our specialty drinks and the ambiance. The music was played live by a local cover band and I must say they know how to balance the sound. We had a great time and definitely will be back. It looks like they offer a variety of shows.

I went to the Rocky horror picture showing and it was a lot of fun. The theatre was pretty big and the staff made the experience really fun. Though I wish they put the audio louder. The security and the bartenders were especially lovely. However, the doorman was a little weird he was like flirting with me and my friend awkwardly. The $30 buffet was definitely NOT worth it. It was very much like cafeteria type food. It was uncooked dough on the cobbler, mushy shrimp pasta, and meatloaf with no seasoning. Definitely not worth the money. If it was like $12-15 maybe I'd be less annoyed. The menu was small and not flexible for any dietary restrictions . I would avoid eating there. But the drinks were tasty and they were pretty strong. So those are for sure worth the money.

Brought the kids for the Top Gun movie night. The food tonight was tasty. Ordered tacos with carne Adovada and the other one ground beef. They meats were well seasoned, lettuce tomatoe and a nice sauce on top. The margarita was really tasty and well made. The pretzel sticks were bigger then we thought, soft and tasty.

I'm new to Albuquerque, but I've been here twice now. Nice intimate venue with friendly staff. Just bought another ticket for a show in three weeks. Looking like this is going to be my main spot for live music here.

It's back! Thankfully, someone cared enough to bring our Lobo Theater back to life with a nice, new bar and classic movies. We checked out one of the brunches along with the movie. So fun and great food and service! Highly recommend checking it out!

Not sure why Yelp hasn't updated but came here the other night for Happy Hour and live music! It was great. We saw a local singer, 4Sale, and what a great set! Happy hour prices were fantastic will be coming back here more often. Definitely the best hidden gem in Nob Hill currently.

Went to see a band we like at happy hour last Friday. The staff was great and the small menu had some really tasty items. The lobby area has some nice TVs which I think are new. Highly recommend you stop in.
