I moved to Rio Rancho from New Jersey a few months ago. I tried another local salon for a perm and a hair cut and was dissatisfied. I looked in the Yellow Pages and spotted The Hair Care Center's AD. They specialize in Thin Hair -- That's me.I made an appointment for a haircut and the operator, Johnny, was phenomenal. He pointed out the rod lines in my perm and showed me how my haircut could make my hair thicker. When he finished, I looked ten years younger, even my husband noticed!The salon is full service. They do cuts, perms, colors, highlights, manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials and massage therapy. I opened the mail two days later and Johnny had sent me coupons for saving on all of the above. What a guy!
