A hose fell out of my truck?
Me
Drip, drip, drip
Stains under the car, on the road, where it never dripped/left stains before

William is truly knowledgeable and instantly felt respected, which is often neglected being female, at vehicle repair shop. He was extremely efficient and timely in his estimate and length of service. He almost felt sad to deliver the news that I needed a new transmission. Highly recommended- great service with personable staff.

Although they're really nice folks I had a less than satisfactory experience. They had two cracks at fixing my CV joint but in the end I had to take it somewhere else to get fixed. I'm out the $650 I spent here.

Disgusting shop. I was driving from Sacoamento to Albuquerque and for the last 300 miles I had a check engine light code P2138 every 30 minutes. When this happened, the engine power went out and the car stopped driving. I had a scanner and I deleted this check engine light, after that the power returned and I could drive for another 30 minutes, but then it returned and everything happened all over again. I came to this shop and left my car for a few hours for diagnostics. After that, they called me and said they couldn't find this code from check engine light, but they found another one. I've heard first time about that and never seen before. They advised me to change the transmission module and the total will be $915. I asked: WILL THIS FIX MY PROBLEM? They said yes and I agreed with that. I paid $915, they changed this module for me and took my car and drove to Phoenix from Albuquerque. I drove for 6 hours and when I was already in Arizona, the same check engine light and the same code P2138 returned. In the morning, I called this shop and asked for help. They told me we can't help, then I said send a refund, they said we can't do that. I drove to Phoenix and there another shop fixed my car for $150 and have already driven 1,500 miles and everything is fine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND The Garage TO ANYONE. YOU CAN BE DECEIVED THERE AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

I brought my car in to have the thermostats replaced. The staff was informative about what they did and the price wasn't crazy!! I will be going back for any future issues I may have. Thank you all for the respect and not treating me like a girl.

Update #3: Update #3: leaks now in the back where there weren't leaks before Rear Main. (see pictures)Update #2: A hose JUST FELL OUT OF MY TRUCK today! I haven't had my truck for 25 days and so finally on Friday, I'm able to go to work and then run errands and a hose falls out! (see picture)Update:I'm guessing the technicians were hoping I'd never crawl up under the clutch pedal to take a peek around. I would assume the managers and front office staff didn't know what the technician was doing. It was the greasy hand prints at the bottom of the driver's side door (see picture) that tipped me off, so I asked the google about clutch pedal switches, how to remove, how to replace; then got a flash light and pulled out the switch.Without "billing [me] for a diagnostic" a tech removed my clutch pedal switch, broke it open, broke it, then tried to repair it with wire, hot GLITTER glue, and electrical tape!!!??! (see pictures). Having "repaired" the clutch pedal switch as best they could, put it back, and jiggled it just enough that I'd be able to start the vehicle with just the right amount of searching for a sweet spot. What that tech failed to realize, is the electrical tape, the wire, and the glue are all interfering with the contacts! Rather than admitting the error, the tech must have told his supervisor that my little truckie-truck needed a starter relay, and so, for and additional $65.53, they installed a new starter relay, leaving me with a band-aid "repaired" clutch pedal switch. In addition to using glitter glue to fix a part, their test drives consisted of high speed turns, as all my belongings in the back seat were thrown from their original position (see picture).Liars, thieves, dishonesty, greed, inconsideration. AND on top of all this, The Garage so far is unwilling to admit and correct the error. I had to WALK to O'Reilly Auto Store and make another purchase of $49 for a replacement clutch pedal switch.25 days: no vehicle, barely any communication from The Garage, no ability to get to work, no ability to get groceries, $3800 (most of it in labor fees), and on top of that, I had the stress of not being able to use my truck after it was "repaired" after I paid the price, and then had to buy another part and do the swap myself. When my truck wouldn't start this morning, I got out, dropped to my knees, and just sobbed right there in the street in front of my house as everyone else in the neighborhood was leaving for their jobs.First Entry:They told me it'd be 2-3 days. No one ever called with updates. I had to call every 2-3 days and each time I called, always the same response, "looks like it's nearly put back together, shouldn't be much longer." A MONTH later, I finally get my truck back. The next morning, she wouldn't start!!!! I was told they were aware of problems starting, so they put in a Starter Relay at no cost. Well, there's a $65 charge for a starter relay on my invoice and I didn't ask for one, didn't need one, should not have had to pay for one! No diagnostics for that issue. It wasn't even the issue!! It's a Clutch Pedal Switch issue. They started up the truck and drove her so hard, they kept creating more and more issues with my girl. They're seemingly on the surface very nice and polite, but mostly just feeding a pile of bull with everything they say. They're fast-talking, silver-tongued money-gouging shysters. "Voted #1..." my @$$!!!Also, they didn't bother to clean the grease prints from their hands off the car, which is evidence they were under the dash, looking at the clutch pedal!!! not bothering to fix the clutch switch, but charging for an UNneeded part! What was this problem? Because I'm female? Because I stated I don't know much about mechanics? Because my truck is old? I don't know what happened, but honestly, if you need your vehicle repaired, see if there's someplace else, because I do NOT recommend The Garage!!!Up

William, Jonathan, and the rest of the team are outstanding professionals. I was traveling with my Honda Accord when my sparkplug blew 40 miles away from the shop. My car was able to be seen and fixed the same day because they knew I was traveling and didn't have a place to stay.

The Garage is particularly good at claiming one price and delivery date - and then once you agree - the price goes up and the time goes out. This is the perfect example of the shady garage sticking it to you because they can. Sad they did this to my elderly mother in law.
