The Flower Company, and owner Adrianna are absolutely phenomenal! I have worked with her a handful of times, the first being for a styled photo shoot, and the second being my surprise proposal (also staged is a styled photo shoot). Her flowers and arrangements are stunning, high quality, and are nothing short of amazing. Adrianna is very versatile in her styling and is truly a master of her craft. I have nothing but praises and positive remarks working with Adrianna, she is genuine, kind, and a joy to know and work with. If you are looking for a florist who really cares about her clients and business, look no further! You will not be disappointed!

My order was canceled two hours before the flowers I ordered were to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. She was extremely disappointed and so was I. I ordered via DoorDash and although I was given a refund I found this very unprofessional and sadly I will never order from them again.

They went above and beyond today to deliver Mother's day flowers to our daughters. We live in San Diego, so we hoped for the best, and were blessed with the best! We ordered yesterday (Friday) for delivery today (Saturday). The selection was still good, and unique, even though we were late for a Mother's Day order. We chose two rose and jewelry arrangements. Today, the florist called us because the address for one of our daughter's was missing a unit number. We looked it up, and they had moved to another address!I called the shop back. They had already closed and I left the new address on their voicemail. I was certain they would write it off as a lost cause, but boy, was I wrong!! To my surprise they called me back within 10 minutes to make sure they had the new address correct!!! The woman was so pleasant and kind. They called the driver and said they would still deliver today, and reroute the driver! The driver called about an hour later. There was no answer at the door, and she even went around back to double check. I asked her to please leave the flowers on the back porch. She was worried because it was windy and may blow over but she found a way to secure them. I was just blown away by the woman's kindness and caring attitude.Above and beyond exceptional customer service!! Professional, kind and simply amazing!!!Our oldest daughtee just let us know she received her flowers, and they were absolutely beautiful. She loved the earrings, and said the flowers made her whole day. I cannot thank them enough for being so determined and patient with us to follow through and make everything perfect.We highly recommend this florist!!! We have found our forever florist to make our girls special days beautiful. Thank you so much!!!!

The Flower Company was the best decision we made for our November wedding. Adri was so wonderful to work with and she made the most perfect bouquet for me! I highly recommend this shop. I had countless compliments on my wedding bouquet. I hadn't been recommending her shop to friends and family.

Sent an Easter bouquet to a friend and she loved it. Said it was very cute, springy and beautiful. Easy to order online. Recommend

Good quality, nive friendly staff. A little small and low on selection but makes up for by quality and cost.I will return for sure.
