The fancy is awesome! The food and staff is great! A very chill environment. I got the Not Mc Muffin which was a tasty breakfast sandwich. It also came with a side of potatoes and a salad. My partner got the pork belly grits which were so tasty! I will probably get this next time. I will definitely come here again!

If I had to sum this up in 8 words, it would be, "Come for the Coffee, Stay for the Food!" We found ourselves in ABQ for about 4 hours and checked yelp for some righteous breakfast options and stumbled upon The Farmacy. It was conveniently located close to the airport. As we walk in, My wife said, "Hey... did you see the espresso machine?" (she hates coffee, but she knows I mean business--yes, I love her). I slowly turn thinking, "yeah, sure, whatever" and there's this lovely La Marzocco machine (step one, check). I then look left at the roasted beans in the hopper--they're not burned, but a lovely medium-ish roast! (step 2, check), I peer behind the kind looking gentleman barista and inspect their menu for multi-priced and multi-sized cappuccinos. There is ONE SIZE and PRICE! (step 3, check!) The trifecta! Single origin beans, roasted in the PNW (the Barista was really kind and knowledgeable). I was starving for a quality cup! Ordered two cappuccinos for me (don't judge, it's just what I do). I'm one of those snotty NorCal coffee dorks and it had been 5 days without meaningful love in a cup. Which may also explain the emotional response I was having (LOL).It took everything in my control to not jump over the counter and hug that barista this morning for making true, quality, amazing tasting espresso. Cheers, friend!OK, on to the food. I didn't even look at the menu. I asked our attentive server, "If I'm going to have the first, only, and last breakfast I'll ever have in Albuquerque, what will it be?" Without hesitation she replied, "the Gripple!" The server behind her echoed, "the Gripple!" I went with it! Apparently, it's the GRIT BOWL (but if you rename it, I want royalty!) and it was fantastic! I've never had grits before and it warmed my belly, it warmed my soul. My wife had the Not McMuffin, it was yummy! Fantastic service, super comfy place, just what we were aiming for. Thanks, Farmacy! (Yeah, lots of exclamation points in this review. Clearly we valued our experience.)

Ok, ok, so I've been here a few times and I would say it definitely depends on what day and time you go, they are always busy and the inside is very intimate we shall say, however, they do have a large patio with umbrellas to accommodate more guests. The coffee is always on point, I recommend something from the bar such as a latte or americano and they can do hot or iced. The food however, a little hit or miss. I usually order the biscuits and gravy "lumberjack style" and 9/10 it is perfect. Just the last time, my biscuits were crunchy so I didn't eat much of it, but hey, they are always poppin' so I'm not too mad at it!Bring your friends for a fun, funky, intimate, brunch that you'll definitely be back for!

Oh, how I've longed for some good biscuits and gravy! If you're looking for a place where you can have some good vegetarian biscuits and gravy, this is about as good as it gets in the city. The biscuits and gravy with the veggie sausage was wonderful and had me stuffed by the end of it. We got a waffle appetizer to share, and the little kid in me gleefully dipped the waffles in the maple syrup and scarfed them down with joy. Inside is a slightly cramped, but pleasant seating area with a bustling kitchen. Really nice brunch vibes. The service was also very good. This is one of the best brunch spots in the city, and highly recommended!

I visited The Farmacy for another weekday brunch this week and had the pork belly grit bowl - cheddar cheese green chile grits, three slices of pork belly, an over-easy egg, and sourdough toast - and it was magnificent. Creamy, cheesy, not too spicy grits that melded with the egg yolk, and nicely seasoned pork belly. So good! They were busy but I was seated fairly quickly and received excellent service.

Local brunch spot that has unique breakfast options and fresh twists on waffles. They get pretty packed so come early! It is not too bad but I was starving lol. My poutine breakfast fries were delish and my partners waffle was exceptionally delicious. Cute spot to have brunch!

It was my first time having breakfast at the pharmacy. We had the breakfast burrito and the pork belly grits. The pork belly was so good, and the spicy flavor in the grits were so bomb, but why was the grits so runny? Also no one asked if I wanted the egg super runny, I like them cooked over medium, I only like the yolk runny not the white The breakfast burrito was great, I got it with Christmas. The green chili is basically just chopped chile so I'm glad I got it with both so I could taste some sauce as well. The "crispy potatoes" were stale tasting. It was not the very best experience for my first time but it wasn't bad either. The service was friendly but a little slow. The ambiance was nice.I wasn't sure to give this a 3 or 4 star.

Great hopping place and happy patrons. Wait to be seated was short. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it was good. I ordered a waffle and my granddaughter ordered an egg and cheese burrito and hands down those were the best eggs I've ever had. Great space, lots to look at.

I had not visited Farmacy since before COVID since I'm rarely in the area when they are open. I stopped in for brunch/lunch recently and I'm so glad that we did! Since it's been a bit chilly, inside was packed and there was a wait. However, the patio had spots. And while it was a little chilly, it wasn't bad. Service was fantastic as I remembered and everything was delicious. I ordered the Croque Maiden and hubby had the Lenny (Lemmy?). It was really hard to decide what to get and both were fantastic. I was really tempted to try the State Fair waffle or the Old Fashioned Waffle. We're definitely going to have to make an effort to make it down here to visit more often than every 5 years. The menu definitely has something for everyone and the portions are generous.

We have been many times to the Farmacy and realized I had not reviewed this place. This quite unassuming place in Nob Hill is always busy and for good reasons. Service is friendly, attentive, and fast. We've had nice conversations with the servers, making us feel like more than costumers every time. During warm days, the big patio area works well as it is mostly shaded. The inside is tight but comfortable. And the food; the food is consistently good every time we go. This last time we got the southern benedict and it was great. The dish was full of sweet ham. The gravy was smooth and not overpowering the green chile was a nice addition but could have used a little more heat. Needless to say is that we will continue to visit this place for a nice breakfast.
