Dr. Rowe had a dog in the room, I don't know if this happens at his new location. He ordered a lab test and something was done incorrectly because it got lost so I never got results. His pelvic examination was uncomfortable. I would not recommend him as a gynecologist.

I hate giving a poor review. However, there is nothing positive I can say about this practice. The staff is rude and dismissive. Obtaining a copy of records seems to take an act of Congress and never once did I feel as though the Doctor heard what I was saying. As a parent, when voicing concerns about your child the desire to feel as though you are heard is imperative. This was never my experience. I was made to feel rushed and dismissed. I would not recommend them as a pediatric option.

So my first impression of this place was amazing but after dealing with an insurance nightmare and the Drs at this facility who definitely won't advocate for their patient I will definitely say make sure to get a second opinion if they are trying to get a cash payment out of you I realized today how shady the hormone medical community is in New Mexico at this moment I literally have no trust for this clinic and my primary Dr and all I can say is before you pay any out of pocket type of expense call your insurance to verify anything this facility says to make sure say its true or not for accepting to pay out of pocket or not the patient trust is completely gone after today

Dr Flax and Emily are two of the best providers I've ever had - I actually enjoy coming here because of the service and atmosphere they provide. They are 5 star all the way!! I dropped the rating for the overall facility by a star because Dr Rowe is inexcusably and habitually late. I waited 50 minutes to see him the first time before I finally walked out. The second time I waited 30 mins before walking out. I have never actually seen this provider. I would NEVER recommend him for anything unless you have endless amounts of time to sit around and wait for him. The lack of professionalism is appalling. But definitely go see Dr Flax because he's the best ever!

I dont have the money for the soap stuff but I've used dr lei for pediatrics and dr. Rowe for obgyn for many of my 7 children and they are the top in their fields. I now use deb Rivera for family practice. I trust this practice with my family for basic medical care.

I am not a fan of The Doc Spa. Very long wait times so bring work to do in the waiting room. No urgent appointments when you are feeling pain. Reception is not welcoming. Seem to have better things to do than check you in when you arrive. I tried to like this place but every visit left me feeling frustrated. Not worth the aggregation.

The staff here is helpful and welcoming, from all of my experiences in the office and on the phone. Appointments are easy to make and the staff is accommodating to your needs. Deserves 5 stars.

The actual health providers are good, but dysfunctional and rude receptionists make it difficult to access them. If you need real health care, go elsewhere. If you enjoy being insulted by illiterate office staff, this is the place for you.

I find it funny on their mobile website all they post is 4 and 5 star reviews. Ok so I was going to leave their practice as Dr Debra Rivera was the most dismissive rude pompous doctor I have ever dealt with doesn't listen to your concerns or input on your health. Anyway if it wasn't for Kristina hammer I would've never stayed. And I had the worst health year last year with no one figuring out what was wrong. Mrs hammer was there by my side. Well when they packed up and moved one I could never reach my dr and I mean I was in and out of hospital stays. No one relays the messages. Only person I could talk was the assistant. Anyway I never found out how to continue my cAre with Kristina hammer but also found out she was not fully licensed yet which made since that non of my prescriptions where in her name. Anyway if you want to never get into to see your dr on time or get help from the staff then use these people.

I had a hair procedure (PRP) done 6 months ago and then an Almi procedure by Dr. Lui. Her recommendation for the Almi was and I quote " It will make you look 10 years younger" . Unfortunately, neither were effective. It was very expensive and very painful. I was not informed that there was a possibility that the procedure could fail completely. I feel very disappointed with the service I received. Very unfortunate.
