The Burrow Cafe

We were looking for a change and found the Burrow cafe. It has a limited menu and it's good! It's also a bit pricey since everything is ala cart. It's open seating and you order at the counter. They give you a number and bring the food to your table. I had the crepe madame with home fries. My hubby had the French toast with side of eggs. My crepe had swiss cheese and ham inside with 2 eggs on top. The home fries were excellent crunchy on outside with seasoning and soft inside. The French toast was cooked just right with a hot soft center. Definitely worth the out of the way location. With the price we won't come every week but will be back.

Phenomenal spot for a brunch nibble and a hot latte. The hot take on a Monte Cristo Sandwich but in Crepe form was DELICIOUS. The heat in the green chile was perfect and the savory sweet combo was unique. The service was so friendly and helpful. When I asked what green chile brand they use, she wrote it on a post it so I could take it with me. Will return and you should too.

Coffee is solid, they have a great variety, service is great, & ambiance is very chill. Prices are affordable.

Food is beyond delicious!! Flavors and textures are on point! Well thought out menu; great variety! The ambience in the restaurant is cute and inviting! Service was quick, we got our food and drinks within 15 minutes of arriving. I got an americano and it was strong and not bitter! I ordered the cheesecake crepe and it was one of the best crepes I've ever had! (We used to frequent Crepe Crepe and they closed and we haven't been able to find a replacement for it, but this was pretty close...just different). The home fried potatoes have a nice crisp and are super flavorful! My husband got the breakfast croissant and he thoroughly enjoyed every bite! He also got the berry crepe but enjoyed mine better b/c of the cheesecake filling and graham crackers crumble. Our friends got savory crepes and they loved them. They had been there before and wanted the same lox crepe and the ham crepe. This will be our brunch spot after church on Sunday!

Instead, I was welcomed by the sight of an awesome open kitchen and the comforting buzz of happy diners. First win of the day: the bathrooms were so clean, I was almost tempted to dine in there. But, common sense prevailed.Ordering at the register, I felt like I was being awarded a medal as they handed me a number - a golden ticket to culinary bliss. Choosing a seat felt like picking a throne, but who needs a throne when you've got an awesome patio view of the Sandia Mountains? It was like Mother Nature herself RSVP'd to our Mother's Day celebration.Now, let's talk coffee. If their oat milk latte was a person, I'd vote for it in an election - smooth, robust, and utterly dependable. But the B.L.T Frittata? That's where the plot thickens. Imagine sautéed diced tomatoes, crispy bacon, and cheddar, all cozying up in a fluffy 2-egg frittata, topped with an arugula salad in a tomato citronette dressing, and served with Texas toast. It's like a breakfast soap opera where every character is deliciously over the top.Despite the cafe being busier than a rabbit hole at Easter, the service was more attentive than a helicopter parent. I half expected the staff to start fanning us with palm leaves!In conclusion, the Burrow Cafe turned our Mother's Day into a gastronomic adventure that had us all hopping with joy. If you're looking for a place where the coffee is delicious, the views are spectacular, and the food makes you consider a career in competitive eating - this is your spot. Just remember to leave a carrot tip for the kitchen rabbits; I hear they're doing a fantastic job.

The people who work here are so nice and helpful and friendly. The food was perfect. I mean perfect. Even the toast blew my mind. The arugula was a high point in my burrow omelet. The ham was plentiful and delicious. The potatoes were cooked so perfectly and beautifully and yummy. The crepe was full and scrumptious

I usually do not like crepes but these crepes were very tasty and full of flavor. I love it when my food is saucy and these crepes had a lot of sauce drizzled on top and on the plate. The extra spicy green chile paired well with these crepes I ordered. Also loved the Parmesan bagel with the very flavorful drill-cheaper-lemon cream cheese. The ambiance and songs at the cafe were great. I really liked the indie songs they chose. Service was prompt.

This was my first time here but I'll be back. The space is open and inviting. You order and pay at the counter and they bring food and drinks to you. Our mochas were really good. We asked for whipped cream too and they happily obliged. My NM ham was really tasty. I got the green Chile on the side because I was warned it might be too hot. It wasn't but that's OK. It did have heat and great taste. The salad was fresh with lots of veggies and a great apple cider dressing. The staff is friendly. The food did take awhile to get but my friend and I were catching up so it was fine. I had a bite of my friends strawberry crepe and it was good as well.

Staff was super nice! I loved the atmosphere and food selections! Great service!! I got the Mille Crepe and it was delicious! Not too sweet and very light!
