So, I think it's time I update my review and give them that last star! They've certainly earned all five from me!I I've tried them out all around town at different locals and have to be disappointed! My lasted venture with their eats happened at High and Dry Brewing. It was my first time at the brewery so I was happy to see a familiar food truck when I walked up. It was the one year anniversary of High and Dry so it was a perfect day for them to post up. I know that I like their chicken bite but I wanted something different and opted for the California Chicken sandwich.Upon first glance it looked pretty basic but I was very pleasantly won over by the sandwich after the first bite. Yes, it this is a fried chicken breast, but it is very lightly battered/breaded and is cooked perfectly! The chicken is soft and moist not hard and dry. It is also not a dainty sandwich, filled with cheese, avocado, mustard, pickles, tomatoes and onion so make sure to get a napkin. I cleaned my plate. Cajun fries and all. I'm looking forward to the next time I happen across the Blazin Barn. I want to try something else from their menu....if I can refrain from ordering the California Chicken again.

Had the PB&J burger with a side of truffle fries. Who knew that peanut butter and jelly would go amazing with bacon and green chile. Thanks for being outside of High and Dry brewery. My only criticism is that my friend had to munch only on the fries because there weren't many small vegetarian friendly options and that I was hoping for more ketchup since we got a big serving of fries (good, well made, not greasy and yummy fries).

Every time I go to a brewery and I see this food truck, I gotta get the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. They use an entire chicken breast for the sandwich, and cover it with Frank's Red Hot-based sauce, the original wing sauce base. None of that imposter Tabasco-based "Buffalo" sauce, or some knock-off hot sauce brand - it's the real deal. I'm from NY, so you can trust me. Sincerely,The weird guy who asked for blue cheese crumbles

My partner and I regularly enjoy the Blazing Barn at High and Dry Brewing and love it! It quickly became our favorite food truck. Always has delicious and inventive foods, and options for everyone. You can really tell that the owner has a true love for tasty food. Highly recommend!

We recently had these folks out for our Second Anniversary and fundraiser for Hurricane Harvey relief and we are so glad we did.Reliable. Friendly. And the food? Just yes.The food was some of the best Food Truck food I've had in Albuquerque. Served hot and fresh and in generous portions - no one will go hungry with these guys around. Like them on Facebook to keep up with where they are during the week (I love this about them - they actually consistently post where they are!) and then make a point to check them out. You will probably be adding them to your dining out schedule once you do!

I hesitate writing this review because I don't really want to let the cat out of the bag... but this food truck is the jam!! There are not a lot of places in Albuquerque that are worth repeat visits - but I have now found myself planning trips to breweries based on the Blazing Barn Location. The PB&J burger is literally the best burger in town. Can't get enough!! And the folks that run B.B. are super friendly and awesome. Already planning my next PB&J rendezvous!

I've only tried them once, but upon a tip from reddit that this somewhat elusive food truck was working some magic on the montecristo front. I threw myself into the research, (discovered that they were parked on my way after work down to Quelab). They were at Rio Bravo Brewing, i parked (even got a spot that would soon be shaded) , went directly to the truck, and ordered the Monte Cristo, he tried to upsell me on truffle fries, (ill try them next time, but don't worry they are good, he even shakers some spices and looked like parmesan over them. and served a Aji-Verde like cold sauce with it, along with green chile in the batter, and pepperjack cheese all melty. the side of red chile raspberry jam was good, (i can take or leave the jam aspect, but in this case it was a take it!) must try some of the other things. but ill say i'm a fan! will watch their facebook for other chances.

Was going to an event at Marble Brewery and knew they were going to be there, so I sent a message with a couple questions about the menu I saw on Facebook. They responded almost immediately about my request to have no green chile on their Monte Cristo. When I went today to order, they said that they couldn't make it without the chile as they pre-make them. I then asked them about the message on FB. One of the guys in back heard me and did his darndest to get me a chile free (mostly) Monte Cristo sandwich. It was AMAZING. There was a bar full of people ordering food and he still took the time to de-chile the sandwich for me. What chile it did have didn't seem too hot for me (my main concern), so I may try it with next time. Don't forget the raspberry jam!

The food truck was parked at The Drafty Kilt. We were surprised to find the Pub to be pretty quiet on a Friday night, it worked out well for us but hopefully business will pick up. We ordered fish and chips, shrimp and chips, bangers and mash, potato soup, sweet potato fries and a bean burrito. Everything was very good. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. Bangers and mash, fish and chips, Scottish Ale, does it get any better than that?
