Had an appointment scheduled for lash removal today, 5pm. Got to my appointment early(4:55pm) and stayed outside until 5:30pm, thinking maybe whoever was working wasn't able to bring me in yet, on break, whatever, but nope. This is so unprofessional to book AND confirm an appointment and no one is even there to let me in !
