Thai Cuisine - Rio Rancho

The food here is excellent, and so reasonably priced! I popped over here for my lunch break, and my lunch came with soup, two little eggrolls, my main dish that I'll get two meals out of, and a tapioca dessert. I got mild on spice level, which was just the perfect small amount of burn. Service was attentive, and the whole atmosphere is nice for a quick lunch. Will definitely be coming back here!

We have been trying Thai restaurants throughout Albuquerque. This one is not only close-ish to where we live but is pretty good. I usually go for the curries. Tonight, I decided on the Pad Thai with medium spice. It was sweet, and the spice level was perfect. The thai green tea is different but has quickly become my favorite (my first time trying it was because the regular thai tea was sold out). We didn't get appetizers this go around but usually get the pot stickers which are equally yummy. Service is good. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner is perpetually set at sub-zero. Doesn't matter if it is mid-summer or dead of winter. It is VERY cold inside. Food is great though.

We had the salad roll appetizer and the PaNang curry with chicken. $23.The salad roll appetizer was really good but the sauce was amazing! You should try!When the PaNang was ordered we were asked about the heat level we wanted. Low, medium, hot or Thai hot. We chose Thai hot.It was very flavorful with a lot of basil. It was also very thin - more like a soup than a curry. It was not very hot. Originally I was thinking it was more like a medium but it was a slow building heat and ended up being just "hot" but not Thai hot.The service was pretty great especially for the second half of our meal.We will go back for sure as Thai Cuisine was a pleasant surprise.

Stumbled upon this place a few months back and have been frequenting it fairly often. Let me just start off by saying: Awesome Thai food. Now let's get to the rest. The place is small but has a calm quiet atmosphere. The waitstaff are always really nice and attentive. They always earn at least a 20% from me. My go to has been the Pad Sew Eew (hope I spelled that right). On the cusp of this review I tried the basil fried rice with chicken and it was equally amazing and filling. During the lunch hours they offer discounted plates, which during this special, come with an added soup, egg rolls, and a yummy desert. All in all, if you haven't tried this place, you should.

corrales and Rio Rancho's beloved Thai restaurant is back stronger than ever. Fantastic food and dine in service is back to what it was pre-pandemic.

Great new place to check it out in Rio Rancho, food was hot & flavorful and bountiful portions. Had a variety of appetizers and main dishes and was pleased with all selections. The place is inviting and clean and the staff is so sweet. Definitely a spot to frequent for Thai cuisine.

We took our Dinner home, to enjoy watching "the Gray Man"...Sierra Six...Lloyd Hansen. "Pineapple Fried Rice" crispy juicy deliciousness...."Pad Mee Sua" translated to: cold nice noodles w. garlic, egg, cabbage, green onion perfect bites. Thai Cuisine in Rio Rancho is good to the area. I love Asian cuisine, and my favorite Asian cuisine is Thai. My wife suggested we try this place out. We've been waiting for it to open for months. Finally, it did. Believe me, it's been worth the wait.The staff at Thai Cuisine are friendly and helpful. They welcome us and very soon began asking what we would like to order. Here, you look through the menu, chose your selections, pay for it, including tip, before you sit and are served. I ordered Pad Thai. Pad Thai is my go-to dish when ordering something at a Thai restaurant I've never been to before. Thai Cuisine did not disappoint. This was a delicious dish. I ordered it with medium heat for the spiciness, because sometimes Thai food can be very spicy. Thai Cuisine's medium is hotter than other medium spiciness than I've had at other Thai restaurants in the area, but not so hot that you can't enjoy it. My wife ordered peanut curry, another favorite of ours. And it also was delicious.I look forward to returning soon in the future. This place is one you'll want to add to your rotation.

We started with the salad rolls and butterfly shrimp. The salad rolls are similar to spring rolls but with a big piece of fresh green lettuce. They came with an amazing spicy green sauce. The butterfly shrimp was an order of 6 perfectly cooked breaded shrimp. It came with a sauce with peanuts on top. For our mains we had Ka Nom Jeen Gang Kiew (green) with tofu and Pad Thai with pork. The Ka Nom Jeen Gang Kiew (green) was a bowl of coconut milk soup with tofu & veggies and a big plate of fresh crispy veggies and cilantro on the side. It was delicious! The Pad Thai with pork was yummy as well. Our server, Noah was great. The inside is nice, clean and fresh looking. I'm so glad this business is in Rio Rancho!

I've never had anything bad! It's always hot and delicious with a beautiful presentation. The servers are always good for suggestions when we are up for trying something new. The take out is as good as dine in!
