Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

Service is atrocious here! They do not listen and have a bad attitude as if they are doing you a favor. They blame the customer for any issues. Avoid this place!!

While I do want to lose weight, I wasn't looking for food poisoning to do it. Saturday we got takeout for lunch and my whole family got horribly sick and it was the only thing we all ate. I forgot with how their lobby is closed, but the stores always have this smell like they don't really clean that well and it will usually keep me away. Well, now we will stay away for good. Being this sick really sucks and even more so when your kids are just as bad.

Teriyaki chicken bowl is the absolute most ridiculous of what we have been saying, yes we know meat is on the rise. I went to my local teriyaki chicken bowl on San Mateo here in Albuquerque New Mexico their sign was not updated with pricing, I've got the basic teriyaki chicken that used to cost $7.95, and I went to go check out and it was $12.65! That is so beyond ridiculous nobody nobody should be paying for this disgusting basic just basic chicken teriyaki with veggies it's ridiculous. Who in the world should think they're paying for that unless they're in France or some other European place. It's ridiculous I am disgusted I pissed off and by the time I got home with it it was I only live 1 mile away, and by the time I got home to eat it this $13 dinner, it was called not even warm or lukewarm. It was plain cold. I am disgusted with this company and will never order from here again

They always make great food! Highly recommend the green chile chicken bowl. I recently tried the noodles and they were great. That may be my new staple instead of fried rice. A few tips I recommend are instead of asking for teriyaki sauce when ordering to go just go inside and get the sauce from the bottle and pour into ur to go box. Same with sweet and sour or Chile sauce because they charge .25 cents each for a little packet. I know .25 isn't alot but if ur like me and loooove tons of sauce it can add up! Lol

Teriyaki Chicken Bowl is open. This location has drive thru service that's prompt. Today we ordered the double chicken plate with noodles and the chicken plate with fried rice. Both were excellent and made me wonder why we don't go more often. They packed everything nicely, with extra napkins and silverware too. It's the little things!

I love teriyaki chicken ! delicious and good for you. I would like to point out this location raised its prices and I don't like that. I used to get the double chicken and rice for 8.99$ and now its something like 11.25 or 11.75$ that's a big increased. The small bowl is now $8.99 but its just a bunch of rice and not very much chicken. I hope they don't raise the prices at all the restaurants across town. I'll prob stop going as often

Customer service has deteriorated and keeps getting worse! Average food with less than average service. Not even worth going for a quick food fix. Basic menu but just has become average dining experience at best!

Nicer than I expected from the outside. Clean lobby. Friendly staff. Good quality food! Sauces were a little thin tho. Everything had chicken in it so I ordered from the side menu veggies, rice and an egg roll. Came with teriyaki and sweet and sour. Good prices too.

I love this place so much. I feel bad for the workers because me and my daughter always order the number 7 (teriyaki chicken and fries) and I'm telling you if you've never tried it PLEASE try it it's the best meal you can order, but they order the fries fresh and it takes about 5 mins so we always hold up the line. I come here all the time and the workers always seem friendly to me so the people who complain about the service, it's them. If they seem rude I guarantee the workers are gonna send the same energy right back. All these places around town I never have a problem with the workers. I'm friendly and always get the same attitude back. So all these people in ALL these reviews complaining about the service should probably change their mindset and be a lot nicer human beings

The absolute worst customer service possible by the manager. I ordered my food though the drive through got home and my order is wrong. I call to let the manager know about the mistake and right off the bat says ... "Let me explain to you, I thought you said Two number 1s but one with rice." AND THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I SAID AND I DID NOT GET THAT. Then says bring my food back and I'll get you your money back. Instead of him fixing his mistake I am now expected to go out of my way. Don't support peoples business's that don't fix their screw ups.
