The last time I got food for my wife and I, it was in a bigger container and I paid $15.75, every time. Now, I see a lot of things not available, smaller boxes, but they managed to increase the price from $15.75 at check out to $27.92. This is a great rip off. Add $12.17 for a lot less than before. Wirse part us, employees didn't care at all. Its gonna be a long time before I travel 12 miles to this Teriyaki Chicken Bowl restaurant. Did someone say Panda Express?

A $12.75 plate now costs $18.75. I love teriyaki chicken bowl but I am no longer a customer. The price increases are outrageous and unjustifiable.

This was the first and only time I have eaten at this place. The restaurant it's self was dirty. The food was very bland and made with no seasoning. I pay $1.50 for a small soda and you don't get refills. The worst place ever. Save your money and go elsewhere. .

This Teriyaki Chicken Bowl location is better than some of the other ones I have been to. It earns an A-OK rating because it is usually clean and serves big portion sizes. I would like to see them offer half noodles and half rice in one of their combination options. The last time I visited TCB I paid $0.43 each for the drink refills. I'm surprised that Teriyaki Chicken Bowl is still nickel-and-diming it after all of these years. They lose a star for this.Another star is lost because they are not always welcoming. A "Hello. Please order when you are ready." would be a nice form of greeting when customers walk near the ordering counter. I've been visiting TCB off and on for years, and I rarely hear any greetings from any of the cashiers. Nonetheless, the cleanliness makes up for this lack of communication.I am a returning customer for their clean restaurant, serving sizes, and drive through option. They say that they are a Japanese establishment, so it would be very nice to see more Japanese food options. Tempura would be a realistic option for Teriyaki Chicken Bowl because TCB currently serves fried items. I hope they will expand their menu. For now, TCB is doing okay.

Haven't been there for a while cause they raised the prices, so it's not a value restaurant. Hopefully they put that towards improving the quality and the smell of the food lol. If they have the same egg rolls avoid! They were famous for how gross the egg rolls were

I recently endured a profoundly disappointing experience with the customer service at a local restaurant's drive-thru. Upon placing our order, I was apparent: a #1 with no vegetables and a Double Teriyaki Chicken with Rice, also sans veggies. Unfortunately, our order was botched--both dishes came with vegetables, and, to add insult to injury, the Double Chicken came with noodles instead of the requested rice. When we reached out to rectify the issue, the manager's response only compounded our frustration. Far from helpful, he was dismissive and rude, insisting we had ordered incorrectly and blatantly misrepresenting our familiarity with their menu. His proposed 'solution' was for us to return the food to the restaurant for a mere refund, with no acknowledgment of their error in preparation. Moreover, the food itself was lackluster. Both the flavor and the service left a lot to be desired. Given this experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this poorly managed establishment. Their approach to customer service and quality control is severely lacking, making for a wholly unsatisfactory dining experience.

Price gouging at its best increased prices over 30% during a time of crisis . They have chosen to take advantage of other restaurants being closed and raised their prices dramatically. Shame on you! I will never eat here again and make sure everyone knows that you are immoral! Chicken bowl was $6.25 now $8.75 I'm reporting you to the city as well as Social media. Don't support this company
