I used to come here often, like 2x a week often in high school and weekends in college. I haven't been in since about 2016, but tonight was a disappointment. The young man that was working got mad at my toddler who got his ball down the lane too slow for his liking. It was within 2 feet of the pins and he walked down the lane, grabbed it, brought it back to me and told us to throw it harder next time. My son is 2. The ball was making it down the lane just fine but slowly. The teenage girl working was too busy on her phone when the line was 5 deep to look up and notice us waiting to pay or get shoes. I'm sad that it wasn't what it used to be or that my son couldn't possibly be accommodated with their ramps for kids, but just bumpers because other people were playing in the lane next to us. I'm sad because this used to be such a family friendly place that I'd gone to since at least 2002 and it did not seem that way today.

This first time experience was terrible, especially since it was a get together for my son's going away and with friends we haven't seen in a while. We wanted to come to a locally owned business to support Rio Rancho... welp... Spent $100 for six people to bowl and we only got to bowl 50% since the lane 24 was glitching the entire time. Imagine going up to take your turn to bowl and before your ball starts to roll, the pins are wiped clear from the lane and it's the next persons turn. Staff was informed multiple times; ultimately we weren't given any sort of refund back despite their faulty equipment. Food wise; it's bowling alley food. Take it for what it is.I used to work down the street and would mention TenPins as a place for customers to hang out while we worked on their vehicles. Now I feel terrible for ever suggesting them. If any of my former customers see this; I'm sorry!

If you're looking to have a few drinks, and enjoy your time here with friends, you should have no problem! However, if you're thinking about eating there and getting something in your gut before the drive home, I would seriously we consider that choice! We ordered a pizza, which everybody was raving about, that included onion, green pepper, onions, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms And green chili. However, when the lady brought it out to us, an hour later, it only had pepperoni and cheese. I brought the pizza back to the server and advised tjere were several items missing that we had paid for. So she took the pizza over by the cook and put green chili and raw onions on the pizza but not the other items onto the pizza. She gave it back to me and I said, "We are still missing items" and it is not cooked with the pizza. She said, "If we cook it any more, it'll burn." I asked about the additional items missing and she responded stating the original person taking our order was new and didn't know we are out of mushrooms." I said, " What about the sausage and green peppers?". I got a look that either said piss off or I don't give a shit. Unsure which to go with but either one was NOT good! To that end, the pizza SUCKED!!! Even the people that go there often said it was bad! Other people said, "that's why we GrubHub food to be delivered to the establishment. I believe it!!! So very disappointed with how this turned out! Thank God we don't live on this side of town because this would be a place we would NOT get food from. If I was starving, I would still look for a different place. By the way, we have the pizza to some homeless person. Hopefully, they found some sort of enjoyment from it!!!

I have been bowling tournaments here for years and on occasion done well. If you haven't been here lately you should come visit the newly updated system. The center is bright and cool. Which is always a plus when you're bowling. The owners are big promotora for tournaments and are very interactive with their customers. The owners Steve and Dana are supportive of the local youth bowlers not only by hosting them for practice and leagues but also coaching. If I didn't live on the east side I would bowl at least one league here.

Filled out paperwork to join a league. I was told there were lots of openings. Ordered all new equipment and excited to start tomorrow morning. Then this afternoon at 3 , I got a call that they had filled the open slots with friends and there was no space for me. Boo! Hoo! They asked if I would sub some time. If I was not wanted now, because they did not know me, why would I be interested in filling in some other time? It left me with a bitter taste. Very bitter.

Really upset about our visit. We scheduled a time to bowl on Father's Day as it was the last bowling alley in town taking reservations. We set up a time at 4 over the phone and I ask if it's a league night and they say no. The day comes up and they give our spots away to a regular customer citing that we should have been there at 3:30 for some reason. Stating it was schedule at that time and that we where late so it was our fault. Then to top it off they tell us it didn't matter anyways because leagues where starting soon and they wouldn't have scheduled it at that time because the lanes needed to be waxed. I wish I could give it less stars.Terrible customer service, terrible attitudes, and just a terrible bowling alley in general. Luckily we still had a good night elsewhere but could have really dampened the night if our hearts where really set on bowling.One last thing about the pro shop. My family bought two balls from the pro shop that both cracked in normal safe conditions within a year or so. So buyers beware

I used to go to this place back in the day when I was in high school and used to love it! But sadly it's gone way downhill, the bowling is okay at best, nothing bad but also nothing that stands out. The bowling balls are old and heavily "loved" and some of the lanes just don't work. The arcade is simple but don't plan on playing any pool, the tables are not level and half of the pool cues are broken, and at any given time half the arcade games are "broken" or just unplugged. I visited this place a while back and one of the bartenders had her kids running around and climbing on equipment, they also threw food and trash around as if they were at a daycare (it was 8:30). Not to mention the bartenders heavily over-serve their regulars, even to the point they can't even walk upright. This place is asking for their liquor license to be revoked. Adding on, I recently went to this place during the day (around 4:30) looking to play pool with a friend. Since the pool tables near the arcade are damaged we decided to ask the manager if we could just play pool near the bar. The manager said it's fine since the bar was closed and we began to play, we noticed a man at the bar who was watching us like an Eagle who then came and asked about our ages, we both said we were 21 (which we were) and we were told we needed to leave because the bar was closed and "we looked too young". We later found out that this man dressed in normal clothing without any name tag or logos on his clothes is actually the owner. He was very disrespectful and uses the place like his own man cave. The beer is cheap but I'd recommend somewhere else unless you want to babysit or watch a bar fight.

terrible, service lanes always broken, rude workers, very outdated. If you have a bowling alley closer just do that

so, where do I start egh emmm first it was dark and scary , i went in and it smelt like a nersing home, like why whyyyyy second knees weak balls are heavy he's nervous there's a wrong score on the bored already, thats not Evan the start! 0/10 do not recommen id rather spend the 90$ on v-bucks id also rather skip rocks!! GG

the screen kept showing wrong score and turned off mid gam. woman at front desk was being rude and disrespectful to us when we asked for a deserved refund. 0/10 wouldnt recommend.
