UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! We hadn't been here in a bit and found out that one of the old line cooks bought the restaurant and is now the owner, I was pleasantly surprised that the food was not compromised by the change is staff. The inside looks exactly the same as well. We were a bit concerned that it wouldn't be as good but It was just as tasty and delicious as always and boy am I glad! We will continue to eat here when we can and still highly recommend everyone come and eat at Tenampa, it truly is amazing!

Food Excellent we had the beef tacos on point!! Service is why we come here the staff is Awesome. Our waitress is the best we come every week just to see her! This is family owned. Please support local!!

My son found this place as we were leaving Albuquerque and heading for Flagstaff. Very unassuming from the parking lot, but what a find! Delicious tamales and sopaipillas. I want to eat the carnitas with green chili every single day for the rest of my life!! We stopped in here yesterday while passing through Albuquerque. My husband Andi are always drawn to smaller restaurants when we are traveling. Tenampa had all off the earmarks to beat great choice and they didn't disappoint. My husband had the chili rellanos plate with green chili Andi ordered the carnitas plate. While I was waiting for our food the aroma of the home cooked food made me thinki should go all in and order breakfast burritos for the morning. The waitress helped me choose which burritos to choose from. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo to surprise my husband. I ordered another plate of carnitas with green chili plate again with no rice or beans - just salad (I'm on a low carb diet). BOTTOM LINE: GREAT STAFF & GREAT FOOD. I can recommend Tenampa without hesitation.

Delicious food. Great service. Try the chicarrone burrito smothered in red and green Chile ! My favorite since moving here from Denver.

Their Pork Carnitas are delicious! I would recommend this restaurant! I look forward to trying everything on their menu!You will not be disappointed! So worth it!

Yummy!!! Great food, great service! Wonderful people! Took sister here for birthday brunch. I'm super picky about my salsa. And this place was GOOOOOOD!!! The staff surprised us with tasty cheesecake for two! Definitely saved as a new FAVE restaurant now!

Food -goodService-goodHours-not good I like this place. They have good food but now that they close early I never can go anymore. I used to pick up dinner from here on my way home from work.. But unfortunately they're always closed now. Only open till 4:00. Hopefully they will go back to being open for dinner hours too.

The Indian taco is delicious!!! Defiantly my favorite mela to order off the menu! Definitely recommend the Indian taco!!!
