Called tech nuts for help trying to diagnose my internet issue, the 2.4ghz kept randomly dropping but the 5ghz would usually stay connected. They were the best priced home visit I could find and scheduled an app fast. Very professional, very knowledgable, they stayed for well over an hour trying to diagnose the issue. We thought we figured it out but they suggested it might actually be the internet provider. When they left the issue came back (not their fault), I contacted them and let them know it came back, the owner said that because they weren't able to resolve the issue he was not going to charge me! Night and day difference from any other business, everyone else had at least a $50 charge just to show up. I would/will use them again for future computer/network issues.

They don't usually work with MacBooks, but they saved me when mine wasn't working so well! In addition to fixing my MacBook, they showed me how to speed it up to save some time. But most of all, I truly appreciate their customer service - very kind & kept in touch with me through the whole process through my preferred choice of communicating. After a power surge and finding my PC wouldn't turn back on, I called to see if I could bring it in for a quick look. The problem was solved in a minute! Since I won't have to pay for repairs, the least I can do is give a glowing review!!
