On both occasions that I have used Tech505 they have been very helpful and fixed the issues my Laptop was having. Super friendly customer service and handle your tech with care.Would use Tech505 if I ever need anymore Laptop diagnoses/fixes.

I read the reviews online and visited their website, I was very impressed. When I went to Tech 505, the customer service was poor and they really did not seem interstested in my issues. I was just told there was a $26 diagnostic charge and they would call me in a couple of days. They called me back four days later and let me know it was going to be $250 to fix my tablet. I had to ask what the charges were for and what was wrong with my tablet. I feel like they are just 'doing their job' and there is lack of customer service and communication. I believe that the cost was extremely expensive. I will contact other computer/tech stores for my needs.

Stellar service. My MacBook Pro was randomly shutting down, resetting its clock to December 2000, and refusing to connect to the internet. I dropped it off on Wednesday afternoon, and by Friday morning my computer had been diagnosed, fixed (replaced the hard drive) and returned to me for a very reasonable price. Now my computer feels like a new model (hyper fast) and I still have all my data intact. These guys are absolutely the way to go.A small note: the location is super easy to miss, tucked between two other businesses in the complex. So keep your eye out for the designated parking space (marked by a parking sign).

My laptop absorbed half a pint of tea and immediately shut down. The next day, I called around for quotes to clean and restore. The guys at Tech505 quoted a fair $25 diagnostic fee and provided a straight forward explanation of likely cost to restore. A few hours after I dropped it off, they called to tell me my machine was restored, cleaned and ready for pick up, all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these folks.

Called at 4:40PM. Asked if they repair laptop screens. They said yes and that they do free diagnostics for these cases. I said cool, great, I'll come tomorrow since you guys close at 5PM. Guy on the other line says you can still come today, someone will be here until 515,520. I say okay. Rush home. Grab my laptop. Rush out to get to the store. Arrive at 510. Doors are locked and no one is there and they are no longer answering the phone. Cool. I'll still come tomorrow and hope for a better experience so I can update this review.

We own a small business here in Albuquerque, Tech 505 just installed new hardware for us and setup a network. From phone call to install everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Daniel and Titus did our install and were quick, courteous, professional, helpful and efficient. They have earned all of our tech business in the future and we look forward to working with them.

For seven years, the only place I've taken my computer is Tech505--and with good reason. I'm self-employed, and my PC is my lifeline to every aspect of my work. Every single time there's a technology issue, Tech505 pulls my feet out of the fire. Like today. Something happened to a Word file, and DJ found a solution within two hours so I could submit my project by the deadline. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! This is an awesome local business. I needed to refresh a tired laptop. Eppie sent me a quote with some options, all of which seemed reasonable. I stopped by with the laptop and discussed my upgrade needs. They gave me good options and didn't try to up sell me, although it probably would have been possible. They imaged the old HD and put in a new SSD in less than 24 hours. Excellent work and service.Update: in May 2017, Daniel and his team replaced my SSD and my old Toshiba has been better than new! I also asked them to change the battery, which arrived after the SSD was completed. I installed the battery myself, but unfortunately the laptop didn't work when not connected to power. After almost a year, I took the laptop back to have them evaluate the power issue. David did the troubleshooting and determined the battery was bad, which they replaced for free. Again, awesome technical expertise and customer service.

My Apple MAC died and I brought it to Tech505. They graciously evaluated it and determined it needed a new drive. They took the time to hunt one down in China since my model was too old to be repaired by Apple. After all their time when I decided to not have it fixed. They charged me nothing. Great guys and good communication

I've had both my PC and Mac serviced by Tech505 the past few years. I've always found them to courteous and very competent in resolving my issues. I also appreciate Mark's recent phone support that helped me overcome a new wifi connection issue on my Mac, without needing to bring it on for service. They have earned by continued business and I recommend them to anyone looking for tech support in this area.
