They closed from 12/22 until 12/27 and gave customers NO notice that they were closing!!!!
Here is the sign showing that they were OPEN only to have another sign below to show they were closed! So, I paid for parking, walked there.
My proof that I dropped off my phone on 12/13 and it took FOREVER to get it back
This place is amazing and very honest. Daniel, the owner managed to get my iPad mini working again. Great new business in the neighborhood!

So I am amazed that it gets such "great reviews" on Yelp and Google. I think the reviews are not accurate in my opinion from a Yelp ELITE member who takes her reviews VERY seriously. I would give it no stars if I could. Let me provide you with some details, so you know my review is actually accurate, unlike these reviews posted here, which I wouldn't trust. I dropped my son's phone off on 12/13/2018 and got it back FINALLY on 1/3/2019, nearly a month later. I made NINE trips to the store and countless phone calls. I have a picture of the receipt for proof because I put down a deposit when I dropped it off. After I didn't hear anything for four or five days after dropping off my son's phone, and he was getting restless for his phone, I made a phone call to them, I was told that the screen they repaired was damaged and they "were about to call me" and they had to return the screen to the original manufacturer and had to reorder the part, so they would let me know when it would be back in. I was told it would be early the following week, which was getting close to Christmas. On the following week, when I didn't hear anything from the store, I tried calling multiple times, the phone would just ring and ring, even though Google said they were open and so did Yelp. I went by the store to find a "CLOSED" randomly up even though it was operational hours. I tried calling the following day, again, no answer, the voicemail was the standard voicemail, stating their regular operational hours, so they should have been open, but this time, I came by to see that they had their "OPEN" sign up but their doors were locked and they had a sign that said, "Happy Holidays" and said they were closed until 12/27. WOW! Thanks for telling me!!!! I then, made another trip on 12/28/2018 - also closed. They also didn't repair my son's phone at all - they weren't able to repair it but gave me half of my deposit back, which again, not pleased. So, I lost three weeks, countless trips to see them, suffered a lot of stress and lost $70 plus all the gas of getting there and back. I will NEVER go there again. I hope they close their doors forever and I wouldn't trust any reviews on here that are generic, that don't list specifics. BE CAREFUL.

This place is the absolute best! Daniel, the store owner, fixed my cracked iPhone 6s screen in ten minutes flat and did a superb job. My screen now looks and feels like it did when I first bought it. This store also has a nice selection of phone cases for a variety of phone types. I got a nice discount for buying the case in store along with the repair. There are nice comfy chairs you can sit in while you wait for your repair, and good AC too! All in all, based on the wonderful customer service, the excellent tech skills, and the nice clean decor, I would highly recommend this shop for a cracked iphone screen. A+!!

I can't believe how many paragraphs I have to use to explain this story. I wish I could keep supporting this business, but I have purchased 2 faulty chargers from them after a great first experience. The first $10 charger I did not keep the receipt, but took back 2-3 weeks after purchase date to let them know it stopped working. They confirmed it was the charger and not my phone, and said that they were able to charge it in house on a different one during the time at drop off. Because I had no proof of purchase I was told I had to buy a another cord. Without argument, I decided to get the thicker, seemingly better quality product they offered which I was told cost $15 during my last visit to the shop - The first time I decided to buy the basic $10 (which stopped working after being kept properly stored and wrapped. The person working the front (same guy helping me every visit) convinced me it was probably from 'wear and tear, or a lot of use'. Because I had to return that cheaper one in this 2nd visit replacing charger cords - I decided to choose the other longer cord that appeared more durable this time around for obvious reasons. At the time of purchase for the second cord, I asked if I could receive some sort of discount/store credit because I had to return his product within a month. He told me this last visit that the cords were normally $30, but he would charge me only $20. I said fine, he told me not to tell anyone, but then realized after it was because he was actually charging me $15 more than what he had originally said when I purchased the cheaper product less than a month before. Again, within a month, 2-3 weeks of use - when we thoughtfully stored the charger properly and kept it in good condition - it has stopped working. I had my partner call the number on the receipt (I saved this time) to speak to the supervisor and explain this is our second time purchasing a faulty cord from them. Whomever took the call said he had to call his boss then call us back. This individual said his boss told me 'no refunds or exchanges' but that they would sell us a new cord for $8. Is this a new cord, or a refurbished one, or another headache in 2-3 weeks? The man who was helping me in person, I believe told me he was a co owner during my very first visit when I got my screen replaced and had a good experience. Same man helped me all 3 visits (and had his daughter with him third and last time). He even gave me a handful of his cards to pass out to my friends and family telling them about my good experience. My partner and I sincerely prefer to do business with local as much as possible, but we cannot continue to support this establishment due to their inconsistency in quality service and products. Because my first experience getting my screen repaired was overall great, I will leave this second review with 2 stars instead of 1.

This shop does a great job. I had a screen replaced for my son's phone. Service was prompt and the repair was reasonably priced.I dropped my phone in the water and thought it was toast. Screen was also cracked. The owner does the work. The first screen didn't do the job for whatever reason. I took it back and the owner dug right back in to find a solution . He put on another screen with no questions asked. My phone is as good as new. The owner seemed as excited as I was. Again, the price was reasonable.!

If they could have helped us.. well. Hubby broke screen on a Samsung 6 and it would have cost $280. Our lease was up in May so we just decided to pay that. Insurance sucks with the cell phone co.. we dropped it from now on... thanx anyway. We tried.

I really like this place! Every time I come in they are very friendly and have a good selection of phone accessories, which is why I came in originally. The case I purchased was cute and lasted for some time. I went back for another when I got a new phone. I also decided to purchase a screen protector. It came with a deal that any time you want to replace the protector they will do it for $10.00 They have honored this every time I have come in to do so, though I haven't had to very many times because they last for a very long time. I dropped my phone face down and shattered the screen protector last week and my phone didn't have a single scratch when I took it off. I haven't had my phone fixed here before, but I haven't had too since their accessories keep my phone it tip top shape. I think this place is worth checking out!

Great service. Excellent customer service. The staff gives you multiple options for repair rather than just the most expensive. This is a good company to work with for your business tech needs and well as personal tech needs.

Do NOT do business with these people. That's all I can advise after getting a month and a half of run-around and finally being delivered only a half-fixed device. They are uncommunicative, unlicensed, and they will promise what they can't fulfill. And when it comes time to hand back your device, they will make up a lame excuse and blame all future problems on it. Do NOT work with these people, seek out someone who is licensed.***The full story: I was given a Lenovo Miix Z8350 for Christmas, which is a 2-in-1 laptop and tablet. Shortly after getting it I dropped it and the screen went black. The computer was fine otherwise besides the screen going black, and would even display when using the mini-HDMI. My first stop was to Geek Squad, where they confirmed nothing was wrong with the computer, it just needed a new screen, which I would have to go to another place for.Enter Tech Repairz. They tell me they can fix the screen, and that it will take "a few days." I hand it off feeling good. A week later, there has been no word, so I call in, and they have no new information, other than that the part is being ordered. Two more weeks go by. I call every week to check in, and find out they are ordering my part from some unofficial, 3rd-party manufacturer in China, and their workers are on holiday, so that's the reason for the delay. After 3 weeks I finally get my laptop returned to me. When I get it they warn me that they noticed "motherboard damage" and if I have any more problems there's nothing they can do.On first glance, it seems to be fixed, so I excuse the "few days" turning into a few weeks and walk out the store. But once I get home, I noticed two issues. First, the screen wasn't even fully installed, and is partially removed from it's socket in the upper left corner. Second, the touch screen is broken. Touching in the bottom-left corner of the screen makes it think I was touching in the bottom-right, as if the screen was rotated. I tried all kinds of solutions through the OS, but to no avail. Back to Tech Repairz I go.When I return, they tell me they'll take a look at it, but it is probably due to the motherboard and there will be nothing they can do, but they'll at least put the screen back into place.Another week and a half and no call. At this point I am thoroughly fed up with the waiting game and the lack of communication. I return to the store and find out they "looked at it" but there was nothing they could do. The screen was not even adjusted back into place, it was in the exact same condition I left it in. I asked for a refund, but they don't do refunds, and I was shooed out the store, blaming everything on me and my "motherboard problem."All of this felt pretty shady, so I brought my laptop back to Geek Squad, who originally diagnosed the issue. They agreed that I probably had one pulled over on me. They told me what I should have done is gone to a licensed dealer of Lenovo parts at Computer Corner or Sandia Computers, and that the part they ordered was probably not even meant for my device. They agreed that the "motherboard issue" was bull, and just an excuse to get out of their mistake.tl;dr: I have learned my lesson to never work with these people again, and seek out licensed dealers in the future. These guys are dishonest cheapskates. Do NOT work with Tech Repairz.
