I went into the shop at the Balloon Festival. I was prepared to purchase quite a few items. As a customer I'm entitled to ask questions. There was a lady there helping me as I asked her to let me see certain products. Some guy, black guy, not sure if he was the owner or not. He rudely told her to keep working putting out new product. I told him that she was helping me. He then rudely told me " was I telling you anything" ? Git in my face. I told him he shouldn't talk to employees in that manner much less to a customer. He told me he didn't care about me and how he'd been there 15 years. I told him he didn't deserve anyone's business treating people , both employees and customers, in such a manner. If I wasn't a Christian man, the outcome would have been alot worse....for him!

Although they're pretty rigid on their refund policy, it's understandable considering this is a small biz, locally owned only been at this locale approximately 4yrs. Unfortunately I'm not a big Go Team! Contraband-type gal but IF I were? This store would be a heaven!! You name it and they've got it, from steering wheel covers to onesies your team is embellished all over it! The staff was very cool, talkative and for that alone I may revisit since I do have some fanatical fan friends out there! Go Steelers!!!!!

I Love this Store. They always have what you looking for or something nice for that team of yours. I like to get my Xmas employees gift there they do have small items that do not cost much and can be very good if you have a long list. They have different kinds of Items for all teams, and you do not get that crazy traffic going to the Mall.
