Never get help on the sales floor. They stand around in groups talking while looking at customers but never helping.Did a prepayment for some parts. Got a call they were in but they made me pay an additional charge over what was already paid and agreed on. Senor personal in maintenance area was sarcastic.Been here 4 times now and always leave disappointed. Was planning to do all my maintenance work here on my new can-am but I think now this is the last time they will see me.

Jimmy and Paul at R&S rock! They are both extremely knowledgeable. They were able to help me with my 2005 Yamaha Kodiak 400 carburetor adjustments...even had the main jet I needed in stock! I will certainly use them in the future and highly recommend these guys for you ATV parts needs.

Wife and I wanted to look at a used Can Am. Wife does not like showrooms so I requested taking the vehicle to my home, 9 miles away, to view it. They refused, against policy. I understand policy however I was a repeat customer and when I purchased my KTM from them I was allowed to test drive to my house. I cannot recommend these folks. I have purchased tires, batteries and parts from them as well as service and they apparently have short memories or are short sighted! I really hate giving bad reviews. The sales manager later called and offered a test drive to my house. Advised I would call him back and things appear in the "miscommunication" area.

They did a mediocre job the sales team treats you great. The service team not so hot. If you leave your bike overnight they will leave it outside where it will get full of leaves and debris. I keep my motorcycle inside my home not the garage inside inside and when I got my bike back it wasn't washed or anything I was disappointed because it wasn't dirty when I took it there to get serviced. Than of course they always tell you there are a hundred things wrong with the bike which I know is complete b s I won't be going back.

These guys did a good job with my side X side, but said it would take around two days to get to my machine. Actually it took one week and six days and would of took longer if I wasn't bugging them! To me this was a little ridiculous. No phone call to let me know what was up or nothing! Customer service these days really sucks!!!

I brought my F650 in to R&S West not too long ago to have tires and tubes changed. Good, quick service (thanks Ian). However, not more than a couple days later, I was riding through five lanes of I-10 traffic when my rear tire blew out. Upon removal of the tube I found that it had been folded over upon installation causing stress and the subsequent blow-out. I know that these things happen and that we take higher risks as motorcycle riders, but what should have been an easy job and subsequently an easy fix with the customer (I asked for the reimbursement of tire and tow truck), the service department failed miserably. They did not take ownership of the mistake which was without question their's and their's alone. Chances are, if you take your bike here they will do a good job. If they don't though, don't expect anything out of them.

My husband and I went in to buy my son a dirt bike for his Bday. They were able to keep it a couple days until we surprised him on his birthday. They had a cute set up with balloons and Kawasaki banner. (It was left over from another surprise) but the Gesture of it all was so cool and looked great!!! The experience was great. Thanks guys!!

The sales people are not helpful at all. They will stand around and talk to each other and don't know how to size helmets. Wouldn't even honor military discount for a spouse with a card, my husband unless unable to get off base in time to meet us. Won't take my business there again.

In my opinion, In a few years they have gone from being reliable and professional to being a joke--expensive joke. Their service department is clueless--with bikes and with their own tracking software. They had my bike for three weeks and still couldn't order the right part. They missed important things like a non-functioning rear light.The days when Red and Bernard ran the place are long gone. I will not ever use them again. Too bad, as I love my KTM and would like to get a new one, but not if it means dealing with their incompetence.

All I wanted was to put on a tire on a rim. It was $40 plus $15 to put to balance it by the end of it was almost 70 bucks. Total rip-off twice. WTF rip. Total rip off stein berg
