In my travels throughout the greater Santa Fe area, I must say that this taco truck may have the closest you can get to a real Bay Area, mission style vegetarian burrito. BUT, you have to order the right ingredients! Beans, rice, cilantro, avocado, sour cream, and their pico pico salsa. They'll give you three other salsas with your burrito, and that's for the compelling price of three dollars! That's right, THREE DOLLARS! Order the same thing at Bumblebee's and you're paying three times that! Order that at Maria's and you're paying four times that!In addition, they have a cooler of the awesome glass-bottled soft drinks with the real cane sugar for a buck or so each. This establishment is a total win/win situation, but be careful because this is one of the busiest streets in the entire city and since most of the population of Santa Fe can't drive very well, pulling out of their private parking lot can be a little iffy during rush hour and noon on weekdays...

Now located out on Airport road, this taco cart delivers the goods. You know that you have hit a good taco cart when the only language you hear from the staff and costumers is Spanish. They have the best lengua tacos in town. The salsa is tasty and the tortillas might be the best corn tortillas in town. If you are out on Airport Road this is a must stop for those of us who crave real Mex style tacos.Giddy up! Like my catch phrase :)
