Taqueria Gracias Madre

After spending 2 hours in meow wolf we were starving! So we stopped at the food truck. A super sweet young man helped us- he has a very positive and helpful attitude. We ordered the corn (elote style), birria tacos and Jarritos. Delicious! Perfect on a warm day! They have picnic tables for you to sit at. Don't pass them up- you won't be sorry you stopped after such a fun exhibit!

Best fish tacos I've had since moving to New Mexico! The guy that took our order was really nice, great customer service! Also, the shaved ice is perfect on a hot summer day! I had a mango diablito shaved ice, and it was topped with chamoy and tajin, and it was so tasty!

My wife and I found this place during our first night in Santa Fe. I searched for Mexican food near our hotel and when we saw the photo of the vegetarian menu, we were out the door! We were a bit surprised to learn that it was a food truck and not a brick and mortar restaurant, but went for it anyway. We received our orders promptly and with a smile. The food was incredible! Both her veggie wrap and my barbacoa burrito were filled with fresh ingredients and an incredible mix of spices. The heat was there, but did not overwhelm. We felt like we'd stumbled upon one of the city's treasures.

Fish tacos are good. Steak ones are mediocre. The corn cup is delicious, but a bit watery towards the bottom of the cup. Don't like the fact that we are compelled to tip. It's a good truck not a full service restaurant.

The best carnitas I've ever had. I'm visiting some Santa Fe residents and none of us can stop talking about them. We've gone back twice.

After 2 hours in Meow Wolf (the interactive museum that this food truck is parked outside of), we were hungry!! The food truck has benches where you can sit and enjoy your food as well, we just didn't eat there because it was cold. My boyfriend and I split this chicken torta with onions, lettuce, cilantro, cheese, and guacamole and it hit the SPOT. It came with some sauce on the side that added a lovely spicy kick to it. Also got fries on the side. 10/10 food and good portions

Lovely ambiance inside and out. The staff is great, people you'd like to hang out with. I love their cocktails and chips. Im not vegan but you forget that thats the cuisine.

We ordered from their truck after visiting Meow Wolf, and boy was this the right decision. We were visiting New Mexico for a week and this truck's Gracias Burger was the best lunch I had on our entire trip. You need to like spicy though, because the Chile in this burger has a kick. My wife had the fish tacos which were ok, probably would've been great in any other circumstance but fell short because the burger was so phenomenal. Get the burger.

Incredible!! Really could taste the love and quality. Some of the best tacos and quesadilla Ive ever had. Had their el pastor tacos for lunch then went back for early dinner.

Friendly and efficient service. The food was pretty good. Tacos were made from fresh ingredients.
