Tacos Al Buen Pastor

This place looks abandoned and was not in operation when I drove across town to check it out

I have only been here once but I'll be back. I had the pollo al pastor 10 dollars for 4 tacos- good chicken (not my favorite al pastor ever but very good) little fat, fresh onion, fresh cilantro and lime on the size. And not fried.I dislike fried tacos in general- just my preference. Thus it was wonderful to find another place in town who didn't fry them. I'd like to try more like the shrimp and the Hawaiian torta.

I absolutely love this place (or truck I guess) so much! I usually go to get the tacos Al Pastor because he makes them exactly how I like them. It's always made fresh and you can taste the love that goes into each taco. His salsa is so good too beware of the red salsa because it's hot in the best way and the green one is delicious on anything he makes. He also has other tacos and burritos with Barbados, tripitas and other hard to find meats. He's my favorite taco man by far.

Authentic Mexican burritos, tacos and tortas. Delicious food, great for a quick bite during lunch. The tortas are the best I've ever had. All items have fresh ingredients, including pico de gallo and jalapeños. Can be spicy with fresh chopped jalapeños, but made to suit your taste. At $7 for tortas and $5 for burritos it's hard to beat price wise and well worth the money.

I wanted to add that I tried the tortas, which is a Mexican sandwich. On the torta: mashed avocado, mashed beans, the meat of your choice (the carnitas was finely chopped), lettuce, tomato, chopped chiles. I will definitely order it again.

Fresh, tasty carne asada torta complete with homemade bun. Don't miss this oasis of deviousness. Tacos and vegetarian Blue Especial - all home made - equally as great!

I was a little nervous because I don't typically eat out of a truck but I was surprised in a good way! I had the sandwich with the pork. So dang delicious. Crispy grilled bread, avocado, lettuce, jalapeños, onion and a side of jalapeño salsa that was amazing. Do it! You won't regret it.
