Tacos Acapulco

Great tacos stuffed with plenty of meat and toppings. The side salad that came with them was fantastic with mango, jimaca and lettuce. Definitely will be a regular here.

I have always found Roadside Food trucks to be some of the best St Tacos. Tacos Acapulco just reaffirmed my belief. His place is a must stop for freshly prepared tacos. The meat is cooked as you wait do no dry Pollo. I will be making this a regular stop as I travel from Pagosa Springs to Las Vegas NM.

Our good fortune to stop by today and enjoy some tasty taco's. We had the chicken, fish and barbacoa today. We had two of each taco's street sized and filled with a large serving of meat. It came with a salad and ranch dressing, hot sauce was provided, a little too hot for my American taste, but I'll try it again. Off street parking, tables and chairs for outside dining. Too cold for us today, we drove to a near by park and ate in the car. Cash only. We will try other things on the menu next time.

Worth the unlisted prices. The servings were huge and the food tasted authentic, fresh, and made with care. We had the chicken burrito, asada tacos, and burgers. Recommend all!

Delicious, fresh, accommodating for dietary needs, great flavor, convenient. We will be back!

Everything we have tried here is superb. But the shrimp cocktail (cocktail de camarones) is amazing, and you may have to ask for it. Not on the regular menu last time we were there.
