Was really craving tacos and this place did not disappoint! We also had the Birria tacos, made with goat and OMG so yummy! My pic of them didn't save but trust me you won't be disappointed. The Cebaza was tender and delicious as well. They give you red and green sauce and the green was by far our favorite, adds just the perfect flavor. We brought home the Pastor quesadilla, so can't wait to try it! The gentlemen that work there are very friendly and helpful with deciding what to try. We ate inside "The Bus" and it has a cool vibe, they did a good job providing a few booths so you can eat immediately and not have to eat in your car. We'll definitely be back and try the Torta's and Burgers.

Did not like anything - small/ no flavor/ dry and I was expecting some flavor at least. I even got everything on the side so I can eat it back to my hotel. Not worth it. The fries are the really thin ones plus over priced too. 1st n last time.

The Mexican food truck scene is booming in Burque all with their own unique foods to offer. I recently stopped by the Taco Bus which is literally a bus turned into a food truck. Since their business name includes "taco" I had to try them out. I have to say that their tacos are very good with my favorite being the tripitas. I was also curious about their burgers since those seem to be an item that people get. I ordered the monster burger which is a Mexican style burger loaded with all kinds of goodies including winnies and ham. My description of it doesn't do it justice so take a look at my pics. Their tacos are very good but you also need to try one of their burgers, especially if you have a monster appetite.

What a fun concept having Mexican food served off of a school bus! The guys working the counter were really fun and seemed very passionate about their food. My husband and I were super excited to try them, this was our first meal out of a bus! The goat birria is to die for! We ordered it in a burrito and next time we will get it in tacos with consume. If the birria is this amazing without consume, I can't imagine with it. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! The carne asada tacos and al pastor tacos were also yummy and very fresh. It is just that the birria was so amazing! After you order at the counter (or you can call ahead to order) they give you a buzzer so you know when the food is ready. We came on a weeknight and they were pretty busy.

Decided on this place late at work for my lunch and wasn't disappointed! I got a pork adobada quesadilla with grilled onions and grilled jalapeños mixed in. It was perfectly cooked. Crispy tortilla on the outside and the inside the pork was marinated perfectly with a good amount of melted cheese. It was soooo delish! I'll try the tacos next time. I'm super happy with my choice this time though!

The Taco Bus was recommended by the office manager of the hotel we were staying in. It was late and the food truck was open, so we decided to give it a try. We honestly regret giving it a try. The food was okay. We had a chicken burrito, chicken quesadilla and the asada tacos. The chicken was flavorless and greasy and the tacos were fine but the red hot sauce was so hot that it ruined the meal for me and I eat hot sauce with everything! So disappointing and we love to eat local, but I would pass up The Taco Bus during your visit.

Late review. Our order: pineapple marinated pastor, cabeza, lamb soup (don't recall the name, not pictured) and octopus fries (made with sausages). We arrived late to Albuquerque. At the time, most businesses closed at 10pm. This was one of the only restaurants that was serving until 11:30pm and we arrived shy of 11:15pm. Truly the best tacos I've ever had. TacoBus made me understand for the first time what a craving for tacos feels like. Could not stop gobbling down the food even though my mouth was on fire from the (green, my preference) chilies. My absolute favorite was the lamb soup. The best cure to frigid highland winds: tender meat, tang and spice rolled in a comfy blanket wrapped around your tummy. Have been searching for something similar since we got back to the Bay Area and still haven't found it. TacoBus set the tone for the rest of our adventures with New Mexican cuisine and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, we didn't get to dine inside, would have been cool! It is situated in a mildly sketchy neighborhood, they give you a buzzer after you order and you can wait in your car.

Simple authentic Mexican street tacos at one of the best values in town. They cook the meat perfectly to give you exactly what you'd expected, plus their salsa is on point. Lots of choices to pick from, so you should find something you would like easily enough. No surprises, but plenty of flavor. The TacoBus is pretty unique in that they have the kitchen and order window up front, with indoor seating in the back for guests. They haven't increased their prices as much as everyone else (yet), so it's still a great deal.

We looked up taco places in Albuquerque and came across TacoBus, decided to check it out and liked it! The food was made relatively quickly and tasted good! I got half asada and half pastor, I feel like the tacos could have had a little more filling but overall I was happy with it!

We tried the carne asada tacos, chicken quesadillas and tortas. The tacos, quesadillas and green salsa were mid. The torta had an odd taste, like the bread was old or something. The service was good as far as food trucks are concerned. Prices were kind of off for the portion size they give you. I probably won't be coming back.
