Taco Zone

I have visited this food truck less than 10 times over the last 6 months or so. The food is so tasty that I was thinking of making this a regular spot. My favorite that I cannot hardly stray from is the 4 pack asada tacos...they taste SOOO GOOD. I love the red and green sauce they give with it.I didn't give 5 stars because of their inconsistent service. Unfortunately, there have been more than a few visits where I've had to wait a long time to get my food (20+ minutes). Yesterday, I paid a visit, and noticing several customers, I asked how long the wait was. I was told about 15 minutes. Walked back to my car to wait and then saw another car park next to me to also visit Taco Zone. Once my beeper went off 20+ minutes later, I got out of my car and noticed the car right next to me already enjoying their order. Even though I know it's not personal, this time it started to feel a little personal. The owner did apologize for the prolonged wait citing problems they had along the way.To boot, I slathered green and red sauce on my tacos as I normally do. The green was great, the red was very spicy this time. Shortly thereafter, fiery diarrhea took place the rest of the evening. The diarrhea still persists the next day, but at least I don't feel like I'm on fire anymore.As of today, I'm on the fence whether I will return. Service is everything to me.

I LOVE that this food truck has decided to set up shop in Edgewood. I can call ahead and order a breakfast burrito and just swing by to pick it up. They have never made me late to work yet. The burritos are big and tasty and very filling. I usually have half for in the morning and the other half at lunch. I have also recently discovered there Tortas. OMG! These are so good. And you can never go wrong with their tacos. These are a Tuesday tradition at my office!

Love the food. The quesadillas are fantastic, spent that extra $1 get the avocado. They are a very nice couple that runs Taco Zone.

Tried out these tacos today at the Apple Festival and wow! I was so impressed with how tasty everything was, I went back for seconds. Their pastor is delicious with chunks of pineapple just how I like it. The carne asada was really good, too, and their red salsa is just enough spice to still enjoy your food. I wish I knew where they parked because I'd drive from ABQ just to eat here again.

It doesn't exist. Quit making people drive out of their way, in hopes of finding a moving target.

This is a great place for some delicious tacos and quesadillas. Nice people great service. I highly recommend Taco Zone.

This place is my family's FAVORITE place to eat on the weekends - the tacos are delicious and the customer service is amazing. One plate has four street tacos and they are made so quickly! 10/10.
