Especially Management, maintenance, prices. Property manager does not show any respect to tenants and there concerns, they do not even follow their iwn lease rules, too much drugs,vagrants,lying about all gates for our protection, property manager has friend/relative living in same property lets them do what they want, bulling, destroying other tenants property, lies to propsed new tenants about safety so. She can get apt leased. Can't get any decent maintenance done, had to wait for roof leakage into my apt for 8 months, my apt was really bad. Property management don't care. And Chuck Sheldon doesn't either.

My ex hasn't even been in his apartment one week now he's back here staying with me because of continuous issues first he couldn't get in for 3 days because when they gave him the key and he went to the apartment it was screwed shut. Since it was a weekend nobody would answer and maintenance wasn't coming or calling or emailing back. He finally got in on that Monday following stayed one night heater not working so he bought one next day maintenance comes tries to fix the heater the electricity goes out they bring him more space heaters and he thinks it's a joke when the maintenance tells him don't run the heater and microwave at the same time. Because why would you be in an apartment where you can't run your appliances. But it was not a joke he went to fix himself something to eat and everything went out and nobody could come so he again stayed with me. Absolute horrible horrible company

The worst company ever! I've had broken swamp cooler, they would take their sweet time to come out and fix it! 2 of their maintenance guys walked in while I was sleeping and acted like they had a work order I told the property manager IRANIA and she didn't give a fuck and said it's a he said she said situation!!And herself (IRANIA) tried to walk in with No notice at all to do an inspection when I told her face to face prior I want to be there for All inspections.

DO.NOT.RENT biggest scam ever ! can confirm every.single. negativ review! they'll find ways to screw you. you can clean everything when you move out- i cleaned with toothbrush every corner but they still gonna find something to keep the deposit. management doesn't reply AT ALL unless they want something from you then they're quick! stay away from this Management!!

Just like everybody else here one star is way too high for this company I just recently moved out and I did everything accordingly cleaned and you still charge me for cleaning and some other things I don't even know what the heck that is I used to be a professional house cleaner and I clean the house so they charge me over $90 for cleaning I'm just wondering what are they cleaning the air charges for 2 hours so the house was clean what were they doing for 2 hours there was nothing to clean for them anyways somebody needs to do something or everybody needs to school something about this landlord I'm ending up having a big bill for over $2,000 which is so freaking ridiculous charging me for breaking my lease which I didn't I moved out and I still paid them the whole month of rent

Worst management company in Albuquerque. I left my apt in better condition then when I moved in and they sent me a letter with charges if 1150. They will charge you for things that were not there in the first place and stuff that their own maintenance Break. They are slow or not existing when you have an issue but wow are they quick when you hand in your keys they will run not walk to check out the place so sad what this place is getting away with. Chuck most definitely needs a reality check and needs to learn how to run a business and stop scamming. Look at all the reviews sll bad they even deleted their website because it had to many bad reviews is what I'm guessing. When my fridge went out it took them almost two months to get a new one and the new on was a mini fridge lol my sink broke and they actually never came to fix it my husband fixed it because t and c was a no show after 3 days of calling them and we need a dang kitchen sink. Two months later they just showed up one day saying they were there to fix the sink incompetent ppl is who works at t and c they will tell you they don't know what's going on and someone will call you back but nope they never do. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DONT!! More then 4 yrs of living at this place and I left it clean and in better shape and t and c takes my 650 deposit plus adds 450 in damages. Your awful t and c get it together. I will leave a review on every sight I can so other ppl don't get scammed by you,,!!

They refuse to come fix my AC it's been a hundred degrees for 3 days straight they kept saying someone was coming I had to call the law office to ask what to do they told me that was illegal for them to leave the tenants in this level of heat
