Project completed - worth the wait. It changed the look of the entire back yard. Much easier to maintain

We had a great experience with these folks, they were very attentave in how they handled everything. The project ran an extra day and a half, but you'll get no complaints from us as we know the quality of work they were doing takes time. The crew worked from 8 to 5 for 6 days to get this done, then came out on the 7th day to do a final inspection and install the putting cups. They let us design the slopes and shape of the putting green, which was very nice. Chris and crew, great job folks, I hope to send some business your way soon.

What an excellent company to work with! I had SYNLawn install synthetic grass in our courtyard about a week ago. From the first phone call to the clean up after the job, SYNLawn did an excellent job. I initially got an estimate from three difference companies, but the synthetic grass from SYNLawn was far superior in quality.My initial contact was with Jessica when I called to schedule the appointment for an estimate. She was professional and courteous. Daniel came out for the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and had been with the company for many years. That says a lot about the company in general to me. He was very thorough in explaining what to expect from synthetic grass and the difference in quality from SYNLawn grass and others. He explained what the process would be if I decided to go with SYNLawn and the procedure happened exactly as he described. So many times with other companies, they'll say one thing but something very different would happen. That definitely didn't happen with them. He told me they were booking two months out for installations and it was definitely worth the wait.For the day of our install, snow and high winds were forecasted. Jessica was very proactive in keeping in touch with me to determine if the guys would come out to do the work or not. In the end, we had to reschedule for the next day. We ended up getting over an inch of ice on our house from the storm, so it was a good thing they rescheduled.For our install, Joaquin, Ramiro, Sergio and Leonel arrived at our house. I've had lots of work done to our homes over the years, but this was the best group of guys I've ever had! They were polite, hard working and were very respectful of my house. They worked very well together and were very efficient. Since it was an all day job, I bought them lunch, which they were very appreciative of. They did an excellent job, but what really surprised me was how well they cleaned up after the job. I was thinking I'd be out hosing off the deck and sweeping, but they left everything spotless! They left the courtyard cleaner than it was when they arrived. I mean not a speck of dirt was left, which they had to wheelbarrow across the deck and down a ramp. It was as if they were working on their own house.After the job was done, they made sure they answered all of my questions before they left. What a great experience overall from start to finish. They went above and beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough! They treated us like VIPs from start to finish. BTW, if you get the crew I had or another great crew, buy them lunch! They definitely work very hard to make our homes look great.

We bought a house that the previous owners let their backyard grass die and weeds overgrow, we wanted turf and new gravel for our little dog. Also for lower maintenance, saving on water and mowing. Chris came out and gave us an estimate, he was actually significantly cheaper than another highly rated company in Albuquerque. Apparently (makes sense) other companies buy their turf from synlawn as they manufacture it. It took about 4 months until they could come out, but they did an excellent job putting in the turf and removing the old gravel and dirt. It took less than a week, the guys were professional and courteous, easy to talk to regarding what was being done. It was a fairly large job, but they handled it well. They also put in extra turf right outside the dog door for no extra charge! When Chris came for the estimate he did my front for free (dead grass replace with gravel around a large tree). We did not discuss extra gravel in an area in the front but they were able to do it no problem. Added a bit extra money, to be expected. My dog loves it, they are to send a pet odor spray, will update when this is done. They also left the extra turf for me to use (which I paid for), but this was an unexpected and welcome surprise. Thank you synlawn for your excellent job, we are very pleased and would recommend. They came recommended from a friend's dad who used them. If you're looking for xeroscaping with turf, I'd recommend Synlawn. My only complaint is for a large company they don't have a link to securely pay through, it was all done over the phone, which is fine, but not exactly secure. Thanks again!

Yikes what poor customer service. No wonder why they only have two reviews. If you have any issues with this company it's impossible to get ahold of them. They have a third party answering service.In regards to the company's post who's taking about holidays I've been trying to reach you guys for weeks. What a lackluster business and customer service. I guess you have enough clients in ABQ that you don't need anymore.

The process was professional and well-done from start to finish. Dan was our salesperson, and Juan's team did the installation. They worked hard and the end result was amazing. The turf is "dog-proof" and it's great to get rid of the mower. We are so glad we made this decision!

Great service I've bought artificial turf from them twice and will continue to do so.

We recently had SYNlawn install a section of artifical turf in our backyard. We are extremely pleased with the results, and found everyone in the company, including Amanda and Jennifer in the office, Tom, our salesman, and Juan and his installation crew to be friendly, professional, punctual, and honest. The turf itself is of high quality and we can wholeheartedly recommend SYNlawn of New Mexico!

Ramiro and his crew were professional and very hard working. I was asked often during the entire process of my opinion-and am so pleased at the final outcome. They cleaned up after the job was finished so one could not tell if they had ever been there. I would highly recommend Syn Lawn-my new backyard is beautiful! Thank you.

I'm very disappointed in how this company conducts business. We went in (with a licensed contractor) to pick out and pay fully for grass that the sales lady Jen said was I stock when we spoke over the phone. When we arrive she says that it's not in stock but should arrive in a couple days. We call in a couple days and are now told it will be a week. The week comes still no grass..we call and are told "they are not sure" when it will arrive. Meanwhile job is at a standstill waiting for the grass. We then said that we wanted a refund and were given the owners number. He then told us that he would "take care"of the refund the next day. It's been 3 weeks and no refund yet. I've had to escalate the situation to my bank to try to get my money back. Be careful ofpromises of in stock product or when they can get product. I feel they will promise anything to make the sale. We went with another company with quality product who stands by their word. Too bad because Synlawn product is good but would never recommend.
