I highly recommend Dr. Brad. He is thorough, attentive and takes the time to inform and answer all questions. After years of back/neck and hip pain I finally feel encouraged and optimistic that I'm finally on the right path to better whole body healthcare.

This guy is a crook! Took my 72 yr old mother bc she threw out her back. Went here bc it's closer to her and the good reviews. He took her money and adjusted her neck; didn't do anything for her back. She's in the same shape as before walking in but lighter in her wallet...Should have gone to Dr. Gretchen on east side of Abq.

If it wasn't for Dr. Brad and Austin, I would probably be on some extreme pain meds. My body has struggled with the overwhelming amounts of stress from the past few months. Covid has made everything harder, but Dr. Brad has made sure his patients can still access his care in a safe environment. I've gone from not being able to turn my neck and living in tears, to a better range of motion in my neck and shoulders. Dr. Brad and Austin have hands that heal. I will be forever grateful to these two for the impact they've had on my quality of life.

Dr. Brad Fackrell Is Fantastic! I went in it was a great experience Covid Precautions were taken so well. I felt just like I was at home. I had threw my back out and was very tight and in a lot of pain. Dr. Brad did a great assessment to determine where all of my issues were and even took X rays and broke it down to explain exactly what and where the pain was coming from. Once we finished the 1st appointment I decide to go ahead with his wonderful recommendations for an adjustment. Once he did the 1st adjustment I immediately felt relief and was able to turn my neck a little better than when I came in. I'm so thankful I found Dr. Brad. Can't wait til my next appointment. Highly recommend...

I signed up for a package which included 14 adjustments per Dr. Brad's recommendation after taking my X-rays and showing me where my trouble spots were. I thought I was satisfied with my adjustments, even though I tended to leave them with pain in my hips; I told myself it was part of the healing process. Dr. Brad told me the same when I inquired.On my 10th visit, I left in significantly more pain in my hip than usual. As a matter of fact, it was debilitating. By that evening I was unable to walk, sit, or even sleep. I was in such critical pain, I was in tears throughout the night. I could barely hold it together just trying to explain my condition once I'd gone back to see Dr. Brad the next morning. This debilitating pain forced me to call out of work, missing a critically important meeting with my Executive Leadership team.After consulting with Dr. Brad, he admitted that my hip inflammation was HIS FAULT, and he recommended another adjustment. He also recommended I buy some of his vitamin elixirs and just keep walking on it. It took me 2 weeks to regain the ability to walk, sleep, or sit without pain.Due to the significant pain he'd caused me and missed time from work at a critical point in my career, I wasn't comfortable seeing Dr. Brad again. When I sought out a refund of my remaining treatments, he ignored the fact that he caused me the trauma to begin with and was only concerned with the package deal agreement. While Dr. Brad and staff present themselves as a caring team, unfortunately it is clear that $$ is their bottom line, and not the comfort and appropriate treatment of their patients.

Due to my busy schedule and millions of excuses, I stopped seeing Dr. Brad a few years ago. A couple of months ago, I was involved in a 4 car incident on the interstate. My pain was awful after the incident, so I reached out to Dr. Brad. I felt a huge improvement after my 1st adjustment. This morning I received my 12th adjustment and feel awesome. The pain is still there, but the spinal movement has improved greatly, plus I'm getting better sleep. Dr. Brad is a lifesaver and I have made a promise to myself to make time to get adjusted regularly regardless of my busy schedule

This place is one of the best chiropractic offices I have ever been to. The dr takes time and pays attention to your needs doing a very thorough assessment and xrays. The care here is very personalized and goes above and beyond what I have come to expect from chiropractors. This office raises the bar and I would always recommend them if you are truly having neck/back problems

I had my first appointment today and was extremely pleased with how it went. They were timely, friendly, very thorough in their assessment, and professional. I feel confident they genuinely care and that my health is in the right hands and that I will find relief with their care.

Dr Brad is very knowledgeable and has a detailed process to evaluate treatment. I've been to many chiropractors that just do adjustments without real evaluations and that is not what Dr Brad does. I have been coming to him for over a year now and have seen great results with my day to day activities such as exercise, balance, focus and comfort.

Dr. Brad was my first chiropractor. He taught me about my spine and nerves and the value of alignment. I'm so excited to say that I am going to get an adjustment today - after years of being out of New Mexico. I have been fortunate to find a great chiropractor in Austin, Texas... but otherwise, no one has compared!!!! I can tell you from experience, I haven't found better!
