We decided to stop for a quick bottled water while charging my friend's car before heading back to Albuquerque. Lucky for us, we stumbled upon Sweet Santa Fe.My companion had a bagel with cream cheese which they happily toasted for her. I opted to grab a Tuscan ciabatta panini sandwich to make when I got home. They will actually toast the Panini there for you if you want to eat it there. My sandwich was delicious and my friend enjoyed her bagel and cream cheese. The customer service was absolutely excellent. Very friendly folks willing to help and provide information on the food and area.I'm really happy to have found this stop that offers so much more than just bagels and cream cheese. They have an extensive menu for breakfast including quiche, potato pie and pastries, among other yummy looking dishes. They also offer soups, salads, and dips, as well as a rather large sandwich menu. They offer both cold and hot sandwiches as well as a multitude of drinks, cookies, snacks, ice cream, and chocolates and other treats. Indoor tables are available in a rather open and spacious layout, should you decide to eat on site. Restrooms are also located in this area. Another tip is that you can park in the back instead of the front if you want to get really close to the restaurant.Next time I come, I'm coming hungry so I can try some of their offerings! I hope you give this nice little shop with an extensive menu a chance the next time you're in Santa Fe.

A quiet little spot in the outlet fashion mall. The chocolate truffles and chocolate covered strawberries were delicious! A little pricey, one truffle for $3.95.*We went with a group for lunch and the lunch food was unimpressive. I would come back for the chocolate but not the cafe.

Out of the way location in a mall, somewhat of a challenge to get in and out. Feels like a food court almost. Very nice staff.I came for the gluten free baked products and tried everything that was vegetarian. I asked if there was almond flour used, and they said there wasn't, but I saw almond meal listed in the gf biscochitos ingredients, so not sure if that was accurate. I have only a mild allergy so couldn't really tell if I reacted, but I ended up not eating most of the crusts. Got 3 different muffins which were tasty and moist, great for GF, but I didn't eat much of them as I was worried about the almonds. There was one with mango I believe which was especially tasty. Good amount of fruit in it. Key lime pie was pretty good, but didn't eat crust. Cheesecake was ok, but I'd probably only get it again if I was desperate. It was a bit dry. Quiche was meh. I used to make and sell gf quiche so have had a lot of it & just didn't find it very flavorful. Crust wasn't great. Enjoyed the 4 different truffles I got. Nothing blew me away really, but I'm definitely a pretty tough critic and prefer less sweet things with more complex flavor profiles.

On our way to Meow Wolf from Albuquerque, we stopped by Sweet Santa Fe to get some of those famous biscochitos (New Mexico's official cookie) we've heard so much about. The shop is cute, and bigger than expected. It's conveniently located near the restrooms of the outlet mall, and the entrance is advertised visibly from the parking lot. (You know how some shops in outlet malls are impossible to find and you just have to hope you parked at the nearest entrance? No guessing here!)They serve much more than cookies! We only came for sweets, but they serve sandwiches, pastries, and quiche, etc as well. The lady behind the counter was slicing freshly made fudge when we came in. They did not have cupcakes or French macarons if that's what you're looking for. The biscochitos did not disappoint! No worries see they are award winners! They're like a shortbread cookie lightly flavored with anise and sprinkled with cinnamon. Even better, they come packaged in cute little 3-packs for $3.75 that are perfect souvenirs to take home! They come in a bigger box too, but I'm a sucker for cute packaging. Oh- and they have gluten-free biscochitos and other cookies too! Speaking of cute.... The truffles! So many different flavors to choose from. We ended up getting a pre-packaged (again, perfect for gifting!) 4-pack of the favorites: pistachio, traditional Mexican chocolate, espresso, and raspberry. I'm usually not into truffles because all the ones I've had have been solid on the inside, but these were so creamy, smooth, and delicious! I was most excited to try the pistachio, but surprisingly, that ended up being my least favorite of the four. Something just didn't taste very pistachio-y, but I couldn't put my finger on what it DID taste like. It wasn't bad, just not what I expected. In another twist, the raspberry was much better than I expected. Raspberry in sweets tends to taste fake to me, but this was just right, and the chocolate didn't overpower it. The traditional Mexican chocolate had a bit of a kick to it; I loved it! The espresso truffle was good too. If you happen to be passing by, definitely stop in and pick up some sweet treats or even brunch/lunch!

All candy all the time.I'd been looking for breakfast and despite their listing we didn't find it here. Drinks were fine, though, and the candy was good enough.

I loved it his candy shop. I was pleasantly surprised that they also have food and drinks so you can sit down and enjoy the day. They even have a large table for groups. The staff was super friendly and the candy was scrumptious.
