Sushi8

Nice little place at the back of one of the shopping plazas. The employees were very friendly and fast service and checked on us many times. Very clean restaurant and would highly recommend coming in for some very good sushi and Shashimi. The roll was cut into 10 pieces and a nice big roll.

Based on a quick take out dinner, it was okay! Ordered a Sushi Regular takeout and it was surprisingly good. I think the sushi rice flavor was good, which makes or breaks the sushi. The fish tasted fresh.I was not sure what to expect from a sushi place in the high desert, but thumbs up! Cost ($20) was about what we pay in Hawaii for something similar...I guess they do have to ship the fresh fish a bit further than usual! A casual place with sit down dining, serve alcohol, and even has a small sushi bar!

I really like this little hole in the wall. I have now been there twice and both times the food has been fabulous. The first time I ordered Hibachi and this time I ordered sushi! I had the same waiter both times and he is the friendliest young man! I recommend this if you want something different in Santa Fe.

Food was great, the sushi was delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend the Yummy Yummy roll.

We found this spot by luck. It's inside of an indoor strip mall type building. Upstairs and with window seats, some of the best sushi awaits in this small space. From basic rolls to specialty, appetizers to hibachi and sake, Sushi 8 answers your calling.AND you know it's gotta be good if THEE Guy Fieri has his face stamped on the wall.

Absolutely terrible service! Completely empty restaurant but the food took more than 30 minutes. Some members of our party got food 15 min before others, leaving people to eat by themselves. Extremely unfriendly service and definitely gave us a very poor impression of hospitality in Santa Fe.

I'm absolutely astounded by the way I was treated upon entering sushi8. Iam a door dasher and I went in to pick up 2 orders.unfortunately I didn't have service in the building I kindly asked if they had internet I could connect to temporarily. He said no and sent me away in the rudest possible way..mind you none of the employees have name tags. Thankfully a gentleman down the way connected me altho it only reached so far.when I got back I knew the names of the orders.so I told him and asked for a manager as I was just going to make a polite inquiry about possibly sharing Internet with people who come to pick up orders cuz the service is bad . That man as seen in the attached picture said " we have no manager" I asked who's incharge he said "I'm in-charge" after which his fellow cook on the line said something in there language then the man seen pictured said can u confirm orders "I said I don't have service do u wanna walk me to where I do so u can see me confirm he said "no u need to confirm now my boss said so..like okay sir I thought u didn't have a boss?!?! The man seen pictured starting saying no and proceeded to ignore me...so I headed over to his "boss" whom also ignored me..mind u I'm just here to pick up orders for their customers ,orders that have been sitting there for 20 minutes now and they are being disrespectful . A few moments later police come around the corner I explained to them what happen and they asked this man for the orders and I went on about my day ! It coulda been so simple. Also the fake no knowing English is also rude! I hope that the manager or owner can solve this problem or reach out so it doesn't happen to the next person..even tho I do door dash it's to help my daughter get a head start on life .. Iam a social media influencer and have connections around the city I plan on sharing my experience via instagram and facebook as well ...the service was just unacceptable. I may even think about sending one of my good friends that's a food critic in just to see if something changed! I say all that to say this to sushi 8 employees...Be nice to people u never know who they are or who they know! Have a compassionate heart ,patience and understanding ! -sincerely I'm just a mom

Sushis were okay and good values. For $7,95 you get 6 Philly rolls. Rice was a bit stale though.Our waiter was very quick in taking our orders and came to us mid lunch to make sure everything was alright.Sushi8 is a good place to stop in Santa Fe for a quick and fresh lunch.Also, kind of hard to spot at first, it's located on the 2nd floor of the mall!

The service was fail! We went based off other reviews and to a degree prices especially in Santa Fe. Nothing big or fancy! the Nigiri was not bad the meat was amazing flavor but the rice fell apart was not sticky rice and had a hard time grabbing it with my chop sticks. The rolls seemed extremely small meaning very narrow! But they were good! Overall place food was not bad! The bill for what we ordered was a little high. We were charged for second hot tea so little sadden. Overall. It bad prices little high at the end I would eat it again.

Good food very clean and delicious and gluten and dairy free options. Pretty good options
