Superior Home Inspections

Fred does an outstanding job. We went under contract on a couple different homes before closing on one. And he did a thorough inspection on each of them. He is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. His pricing is fair. His reports are quick and include lots of pictures. He's easy to work with. We had to change the date of the inspection several times and he was very flexible. I would use Fred's services again in the future.

He routinely posts pictures of issues he finds in a Facebook message board, Selling ABQ Real Estate, including identifying information on the home like neighborhood or street. Sellers don't give him permission to do this, and it is basically "negative advertising" for a listing. Sellers and sellers agents should not allow buyers to use him or should require him to sign that he will not distribute their home's pictures in any way before they let him on their property.
