One of many custom drainage channels. All seamless!
Capping and parapets to the flat areas are one continuous surface. No seams! Texture is from old roof & bolts of embedded polyester fabric.
This used to be a lake...no more! Feels like a dance floor when you walk on it. It's not white so crows won't think it's snow and peck at it
Another quality roof and happy customer.

I recently bought a house and the flat tar and gravel roof needed to be replaced with TPO. I was referred to Sunrise by a family member and they came out right away for an estimate. They were very thorough with the estimate and very reasonably priced. They scheduled the work and got everything done in just under two days. The owner came out to personally inspect the work and sent his team out to redo a couple things that weren't up to his standards. He even helped coordinate with the hvac company to ensure that it was installed correctly with the new TPO. I would definitely recommend this company for any roof work.

Sunrise Roofing did an outstanding job on our flat roof. From the first appointment for the estimate to the final finishing touches they were very professional.Dave and Heavon were scheduled to give an estimate, they had to reschedule but made a call with plenty of notice and was very apologetic and appreciative that we were willing to reschedule. They did show up on time and were very professional for the estimate.Sunrise was not the cheapest estimate but also not the most expensive. We chose them based on their professionalism, cost, reviews and warranty. The workers showed up and completed the work in the time that they had promised. They scraped off the old roof and replaced it with silicone and they used a beige color because it blended more with the color of the house. The estimate included fixing the eaves that needed repair and it was done very well. I called Dave when we noticed some silicone drips on the flashing, he had them come right out and clean it off. They also did a great job cleaning all the debris around the house. We are completely satisfied with the work that Sunrise roofing did and would definitely recommend them. It was a pleasure working with them!

We are so glad that we found SunRise to help us with wind damage to our concrete tiles. This experience could not have been better! Larry was able to quickly come out, assess the damage, and repair our roof. We found him to be very kind, which was nice as we were under a great deal of stress from having this problem right after we bought our new house! I cannot recommend SunRise Roofing highly enough; they are honest, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and quick.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I called to get an estimate on replacing my roof in Cochiti Lake...I made an appointment with Clint to come out to my property for an estimate on repairs/replacement. I was then called by Clint and told it was too far to travel for repairs...which I understand. But he also couldn't be bothered to visit my property for an actual estimate...relying solely on satelight images for the area. You would think a $10,000 job would inspire a company to at least visit the home and give an accurate estimate versus one where he didn't get the current roof type material correct, nor could he factor in specific modifications that need to be made...I also find it ironic how the first line of the estimate reads..."as a prospective customer, you are very important to us"...I would NOT recommend this company!!

Nice people to deal with but I had several issues.Substituted 7/16 osb for the original ¾ plywood and still tried to charge for 3/4 until we called them on it. Used gobbed up silicone to seal an area of flashing.Left 20 or so screws visible under the carport decking, later to be clipped off after we complained.Bent over nails in the boards FACING THE STREET!Several areas of the carport decking sheets were not attached properly, you could push them up with your hand. Later the decking was properly screwed down and the TPO was patched where the new screws went through, again after we complained. The boards under the eaves were obviously rotten and needed to be replaced which is fine. The originals were scalloped and the workmen said that would be extra. They explained that they weren't carpenters. So much for curb appeal. They broke a 2x10 board then used a short section of scab on to repair. Again, so much for curb appeal. After we complained, they came back to remedy the 2x10 with a board that ran the complete length, again scabbed on.Left 12 long wood screws in my driveway after the 2x10 remedy. Broke my surveillance camera.I get the feeling these people just turned a crew loose on my house without detailed instructions and no accountability. My overall impression is that they are unprofessional.Worse part is the scope of work changed so much between the original quote and the day of the work that I don't know what I actually paid for. There was originally supposed to be skylight replacement and drywall work but in the end, they told us that would be extra. It was all very confusing, which I think they were counting on.I checked HomeAdvisor before we hired them and saw mostly good reviews. I can't believe we were treated this way.

I began the search for a roofer some eighteen months before discovering SunRise Roofing through a recommendation by Chris Leonards at RWC roofing supply. Over the past 26 years, RWC has always pointed me to the right people to help me with my flat roof issues.I did not want a tear off losing the insulation value of the old polyurethane foam roof applied back in 1975. All the roofers except those who did silicone said the job would require a costly tear off. Some of the roofers recommending TPO admitted that the heat sealed seams of TPO applications require periodic inspections and maintenance, and TPO can be penetrated if something like a swamp cooler panel corner is accidentally dropped or carelessly sat down on the membrane. Moreover, a TPO application requires gluing or nailing, or both to secure the membrane to the roof decking, and after a tear off, additional repairs may be required before application. My roof was solid to walk on and only minor leaks had developed 25 years after a bituminous overlay of the foam applied in 1975. Over 45 years, the foam compressed, causing ponding resulting in the canale basins becoming higher than the average plane of the roof. So, I considered a silicone application which withstands ponding and does not require a tear off. Hence, SunRise was recommended. Upon calling SunRise, Daisy advised me SunRise no longer was doing silicone applications due to discovering a superior, tougher new roof application, Ecodur, manufactured by Castagra. See: https://www.castagra.com. After investigating TPO, silicone, poly-elastomers, tar and gravel, and torch down, I settled on the Ecodur, applying two layers with polyester fabric embedded between and no tear off required. This results in a seamless, flexible bond which is impossible to tear without using a power saw, industrial scissors and box cutters; is difficult to penetrate unless using a hammer and nails; withstands ponding; is maintenance free and easy to permanently patch or repair in the extreme unlikelihood of damage. Ecodur finishes like a dance floor! Compared to other roofing materials, it's like science fiction. As a do it yourself kind of guy, in most of my experience, others doing work for me usually leave something to be desired after declaring the work finished.SunRise Roofing is the exception to this. After agreeing to the cost and the simple straight forward terms of warranty, for extra measure, SunRise's crew custom formed various shapes of channels to shed and direct water toward and out the canales, virtually eliminating the extensive ponding which served to break down the roof since owning the house; this, despite Ecodur being able to withstand ponding. Martin Nevarez, the owner of Sunrise welcomed my participation, suggestions and applications of my own knowledge regarding the roof I have lived under and maintained since 1972. Martin and all his employees acted as my partners in getting the job done to my standards or better. Moreover, without exception, his business operates like a family, and after working with his superb crew, I couldn't help but feel that I had become a part of the SunRise family as well. Everyone at SunRise acted in behalf of my interests and were not satisfied until I was. The results are what I would have wanted to achieve if I had to do the work myself; I can offer no higher praise than that.Daisy, Camille or Marjorie will answer your call and get you in touch with Dale Petty or Larry Price to get you started. Marjorie has done her own roofing applications of Ecodur, likes to experiment and thoroughly knows the characteristics of Ecodur first hand and will charmingly share her experiences with anyone who is interested and wants to learn from her.

This company did a great job for us. Clint was awesome, always got back to me as well as his office. It took a few months to get beyond the back up, but once they showed up they were terrific. Very responsive when taking care of a few minor details. They did what they said they were going to do. Thank you for your assistance.

Honest, Affordable, and best Quality. Would recommend 100%! I was in a pinch and these guys came right out to fix a bad leak. Then I got quotes from two other companies but Sunrise was still, by far, the best price and offered the best options.

Do not do business with these people! I arranged an appointment and Clint did not show up. Not even worth a star in my opinion. If the work does not benefits them and will not make a profit, they will not show up. Unreliable and pathetic business practices. You have been warned.

I just had a new APOC roof system installed on my home. Sunrise did a great job. They were thoroughly professional from start to finish. The estimator, Clint Roberts, was very clear on the condition of my roof and spelled out all of the options. Sunrise uses their own crews and doesn't sub work out. They are honest, prompt, and clean. They offer a 10-year maintenance program for $150 per year after a new roof system is installed. That is a great deal.
