Our project with Sundance for a complete re-roof could literally not have gone better.They returned calls promptly - even though most of the time they did answer on my first call. For the quote, they showed up on time, and even gave a "we are thirty minutes away" notice.On site for the bid, Luis was respectful and courteous and answered all our questions.After a few conversations, his bid was competitive, detailed, and clear.He did the work in less than promised. His crew protected the underlying property, and cleaned up afterwards so it was literally impossible to tell his crew had been there - except of course for the beautiful new roof.He cooperated, without displaying frustration, as we worked through some minor issues with my bank authorizing his payment.We would highly recommend Luis and Sundance Roofing. They're THE BEST!

I suppose I have to believe that the positive reviews found here are legitimate, but they sure didn't match my experience. They left screws and metal shards all over my yard, didn't refill my swamp cooler, and my roof leaked afterwards (it didn't before). My contractor couldn't believe my swamp cooler didn't come off the roof, since they didn't resecure it to the roof. The worst part is the gaslighting. They kept blaming me for their shortcomings. Please, please, please use another company!

I am a VERY satisfied and happy customer! The staff was courteous, professional, and assisted me from the moment I called to schedule an estimate until the roof replacement project (pitch roof) was complete. It only took them 2 and a half days to complete the project, and there was no roofing debris left behind! I strongly recommend this company.

Sundance reroofed my flat roof house three years ago. 1" pooling of water started occuring over my bedroom on a side of my house with only one canale for drainage. We discussed cutting a new canale on that with Sundance. Sundance said that they could finish the canale once the hole was cut. Our project management company called Sundace and arranged for them to get here on a Tuesday/Wednesday to finish up the canale. In these discussions, X from Sundance shit-talked my wife to the contractor. Sundance did not arrive until Friday and refused to work because the metal was not on on site. It would have helped if they would have come when the work was originally schedule. We expressed our displeasure to the roofers. X called my wife and started chewing her out, I had to take her phone and talk to X. I tried to find a path forward with X to finish the job. X was pissed and said I should not assume they would come back out. Now I have to void my warranty with Sundance to fix the hole in my roof. Don't trust them to work with you to keep your warranty in tack. Don't trust them to not talk about you behind your back. Don't trust them at all. We have reported them to the BBB.

We have been Sundance Roofing customers since 2008 when the Company put a new roof and new stucco on our house. Over the years, Sundance has come out to do preventive maintenance, and we have had a couple small leaks which were immediately repaired. Last month, Sundance did exterior work on our house which involved replacing wood posts and canales. Once again, they did an excellent job.Customer Service is excellent - calls are always returned, appointments are kept, workers arrive at the stated time and the work product is high quality.

Ten years ago Sundance replaced our underlayment and many of our concrete roof tiles. They did an excellent job, even as to return and repair an area that was leaking. Fast forward, ten years later, we wanted to have a walk around and take care of any issues. Luis gave us an honest estimate, as he did, ten years ago. The job went very well. The team came when they said they would, repaired any issues that needed to be done and all in a timely manner. Luis and his team are amazing.

Professional, fast response to inquiry, quote and scheduling to have house reroofed. Everyone was helpful and respectful. Highly recommend and would hire them again.

I would give no stars if it were possible! Guy makes appointment and does not show up then when I call he was rude and stated I got busy then went on to say f*** it I'm not going to your house. If this is how they talk to customers I can only imagine the poor work they would do! Don't waste your time with this company.

Are you kidding me!!!! This company says they can respond the same day! Look at their web site? They make them selves out to be great. They don't return calls. You call them back and they act like you are bugging them. They set an appointment, are a no show no call! You call them and ask why and they become argumentative and say never mind we aren't going to go at all. Especially Kenny! That guy needs to be working in a no customer service line of work. He is rude! He is costing them business and I would never let somebody like him on my roof. He told me he would be the "good looking guy on my roof". Well I hope you have looks cause that's all you have!! DONT use this company! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Web site says what to look out for in a roofer, they need to add look out for them!

Had an excellent experience, one that is very uncommon in the service and repair industry. Sundance sent out two gentlemen to look at the leak in my canale. They looked inside and saw that the only problem was that debris had clogged the drain and water was backing up into cracks in the roof. They told me that all I had to do was clean the drain and fill in the cracks. Grand total for having them come out and tell me how to fix my problem: $0. What a great company. If I ever have more roof issues, I will definitely call them again.
