Sunbelt Landscape & Nursery

I thought I'd stop here on the way to making more formal reviews with the Atty General's Office. I think I have experienced fraud--I paid Sunbelt $6,288.43 to xeriscape my front lawn this spring, 2021. As you can see from the photos below, only one of the 5 Autumn Sage plants were planted...the slight green are grass shoots. I have 1 Autumn Sage plant, not 5, even though I paid for it. I have been INCREDIBLY patient. The owner will come out give you an estimate fairly quickly but if they haven't completed the work, they'll never come back. I am making a more formal complaint to the AGs office because I paid so much money and I've been ignored and totally disrespected. For what? Such an easy fix.

Sunbelt landscaping is the best of the best! The owner, Brandon is very personable & professional. He came up with the perfect landscaping plan for our property and water access conditions. We have implemented two phases so far. From design to implementation, Brandon and his staff worked closely with us. The projects came in on time and within budget. And gorgeous - I couldn't ask for a more beautiful landscape! We will definitely be working with Sunbelt Landscaping in the suture! We highly recommend!Brandon's extensive experience with native plants and trees is definitely apparent in his work / landscaping plans. Items completed: outdoor fireplace, patios, fenced in garden, grass, plants, trees, flowers, lighting, drip system, coyote fence, fountain, landscaping rocks, drainage, etc. Enjoy!

Very poor service. The shrubs died; the sprinklers are installed improperly; the sod is full of weeds and isn't level. Walk gently across the lawn as you might hit a low spot. I just heard from Baca that the 6 trees Sunbelt planted aren't getting enough water because the drip lines are installed incorrectly and it would be too costly to correct it. They suggested running a hose to the trees. Yeah, that's what I want to do after paying over 8K for a landscaper. Beware

I've hired these people several times over the last 10 years. They have done two major (residential) landscaping projects, and also some maintenance.The work is excellent, prices reasonable, work is done on time and on budget. One project came in too expensive; they worked with me on the plan to get the cost where I needed it to be.I strongly recommend these folk.

The Receptionist, made a huge mistake. I phone last week, she was supposed to talk to Brandon about the pump on my water feature. Never heard back. However, left a message that he was just at my house, replaced my pump without checking with me, and checked the electrical box where the pump is getting its juice. I personally got the pump out two days ago and replaced it. And was excited that this was all done without a phone call. She hung up on me and said why was I so excited? I explained that that was a new pump! So NO he didn't test it. She hung up on me and in 2 min. as I was calling her back, left a message that she was all wrong. They didn't go to my house and replace the pump, then said if I had future issues with the fountain they put in, call someone else. She is a crazy lady that lies about messages and work. I would NOT trust them at all. UNPROFESSIONAL AT BEST!
