I am extremely disappointed. As a Realtor in California I seek to build relationships with fellow colleagues nation wide. My number one priority as a Realtor is to make sure my clients achieve their Real Estate goals. So often I refer them out to agents that service states that I do not cover. I sent Todd Strickland a referral on a property I found online for a client who was interested to purchase in Albuquerque, NM. The buyer is seasoned and fully approved. All Todd had to do was write the offer and pick up where I left off. My client complained Todd wasn't responsive nor pro-active. He did not negotiate or go to bat for him. I step in and requested Todd to submit a formal response to the seller in writing, and to my knowledge failed to do so. The buyer once again came back to me, asking for advise. With the buyers permission, I instructed Todd to write a full price offer. NO RESPONSE from Todd! What? Todd failed to write a full price offer. Why? Only God knows. I contacted his broker, Debbie Harms directly explaining in my email the immense frustration and that the client wants to pursuit this property now with a different brokerage since Todd is failing to perform and has neglected him. Requesting a termination of buyer broker agreement, cancelling the referral and releasing commission interest on the subject property. You would expect a Broker of Record to be proactive and contributive to make deals happen right? Well, email reply was defensive instead of solution based. To top it all off , she blamed ME for such behavior. I find it to be quite narcissistic. Her reply offered absolutely no solutions whatsoever. I called her, left her a voicemail, my broker emailed her.... Still NO RESPONSE to date! If you are a true buyer, DO NOT use this company! They will not work on your behalf and can care careless about integrity, professionalism and what your personal interests are.
