An Albuquerque staple, I cannot believe it has taken me this long to visit Stufy's. Judging by the drive thru line I am confident I am one of the few that has not visited. The stuffed sopapilla is obviously their specialty, it is very good. Further, they come in a large array of varieties. The stufy is a single sopapilla, you may need to order more than one to truly feel satisfied. I recommend, although they are a little messy and a bit salty.

I LOVE STUFFYS! Always have and probably always will! The #9 is the way to go! All day, every day! 1's not enough because its so good, and 2's almost always too much, but I'm a glutton so 2's the "go-two...". There taquitos are bomb as well! The breakfast sopa is a nice change up from a regular old breakfast burrito if you're looking to change it up a bit. Only complaint with this one is there hours suck!

I grew up in NM but live in AZ so every time I make it back I eat as much New Mexican food as I possible! We had an Uber driver in AZ say his favorite place was Stufy's so we stopped on our way to Northern NM. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. The food was really good except for the beans, I think they were dehydrated and not enough water was added...if they weren't dehydrated then we got yesterdays beans that were at the bottom of the container they were dry and crumbly. The tables inside need to be wiped down but the inside is nice overall. Bottom line is I would recommend it and I will be back when I make my way back to NM.

We arrived just before closing and the staff members were welcoming and eager to serve us. Our order was hot and fresh and delicious! The young man named David was particularly hospitable and his love for his work was evident! Great experience at Stufy's- we will be back!

Stuffys is just what you need sometimes. The food is still great. The new ownership were attentive and super nice. Super happy this one opened up. Keep up the good work. Food was excellent. Just like I remember. And the decor was updated nicely.

If you're like me and haven't masted the art of making stuffed sopapillas this is the place. There is only one other place in Albuquerque that I like them as much and it's their Chile that puts them on top. For those of you out there that don't know the delightful delicious sopapilla you need this experience at least once. Once is all it take to bring you back. It is a puffy pillow of dough filled with your choice if anything from eggs, beans, chicken or beef. If you want to enjoy one of these dreamy puffs of yummy goodness stop by stufys

The bad reviews make zero sense! I've been eating at Stufys since I was a kid. When this one opened I was thrilled because they had closed the one down on Eubank! It's good every time! Everything on the menu is 100. My favorite place to eat probably ever.Their red Chile had ALWAYS had beef in it. And it's amazing!I live in Texas now and without a doubt stufys is the first place I come to eat when I visit!

Did not meet my expectations. I will not be going back. My food did not taste good. Soggy and flavorless.

I won't be back. Been eating here off and on for 30 plus years. A hamburger patty in one sopa and no meat in the second. Ordered green chili-got red. Unbelievable. I'm
