There's usually a long wait for this food truck, but wait! It is so worth it! Definitely big enough to share. We always get the stuffed sopapilla with red chile. It's the perfect pillow of yumminess! There's also a sweet little scoop of something on the side that I go crazy for! Don't miss this food truck if you see it out, it's the best stuffed sooapilla you'll ever have!

I got the pork stuffed sopapilla and it was soooo good. The rice and cornbread sides were delish. I got the "small" nachos and asked the girl what meat I should get. She didn't hesitate. She said BBQ. Man. They were amazing. And huge. And they put pickles on top and it worked. Really, really good food! Nice employees too.

These food truck owners deliver quality food and great service!! I've tried their delicious food before and have yet to be disappointed. We met a couple of friends at Ex Novo in Corrales and was happy to see they were there. My husband and I ordered the vegetarian sopapilla made with jackfruit. I must say this was our first time trying it and boy am I glad we ventured on something different. The stuffed sopapilla was smothered in green chile , but you can request red Chile or Christmas. Our friends had the tacos and the stuffed chicken sopapilla and all of us finished our plates. I highly recommend trying this amazing food truck. And they have a runner deliver your food quickly to your table.

Delicious food truck I've never heard of! Friend we came to ex novo with said this is her favorite food truck. The kind woman helping us order was very friendly, gave many options after asking our preferences. Went with the green chile beef, which was delicious! Could use more heat though. It's a lot of food, probably shareable. Wife enjoyed the taco salad as well. Well priced, one of the best food trucks I've found in Abq!

Best stuffed sopapilla in the state! And I've been a stuffy fanatic in NM my entire life. No exaggeration... this place is amazing! Among the best rice, and THE BEST elote in town, as well. Truly gourmet.

Today was my first time trying this food truck and ohhhh mmmm It did not disappoint! I was ready to order but got sparkled by some cute conversation with one of the owners so I decided to try their Pulled Pork sandwich special(I forgot the name on the menu). Holy the Devine aroma made me rush home! It was in fact insanely delicious! Tender and bursting with flavor on a butter toasted bun! It was heaven! I took a photo and sent it to my son which made him drive and get one for himself! I also wanted to try a stuffed sopapilla and ordered one just for a taste of the glory. It too would not disappoint! Although I could not eat more, I was the best stuffed sopapilla I've ever eaten! This place serves amazingly delicious food! A++++ Now one of my favorites and I know I will be craving this food again. Sopapilla Lust for sure!

I followed this truck on Instagram before finally trying it at La Cumbre this weekend and the build up of anticipation made the first bite even more satisfying. I got the Chimayo with red and green and devoured the whole thing. My friend got the nachos and I will absolutely be getting those next time! I highly recommend following this truck wherever it goes. The staff was friendly and who ever runs their IG account is wonderful!

I'm impressed! So a little back story I was visiting some local businesses for my job in Corrales area and I visited Stuffed lust to leave some information with them and. They were so kind to give me one of their sopapillas and it was tasty, hit fresh out of the fryer and had a great texture and taste. I had just ate lunch prior to coming out to visit these businesses and this was the perfect sweet treat. I definitely need to try their menu sometime soon. They have this dessert stuffed spoapilla that looks amazing with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and drizzle. Thank you Stuffed lust for making my day even better.

Hey Albuquerque foodies. I highly recommend that you check out the Stuffed Lust Sopapilla Company food truck, today at High and Dry Brewing and tomorrow at Bow & Arrow Brewing Co. I ordered the "Sleep with the Fishes" and it is delicious -Sopapilla stuffed with tempura batterd shrimp tossed in New York Buffalo sauce with house made pineapple slaw,tomatoes and drizzled with green chile aioli & a side of hash browns.I also treated myself to a "Twisted Sister" dessert - warm sopapilla twists with honey butter. Both very yummy and reasonably price. Support local, yummy food!

Just happened to be driving by. Glad we stopped. I got the Duke and loved it!! My son got the Original Gangster and it was gone almost immediately. My husband got the taquitos. We will be back .....
