My water heater busted in the middle of the night and I was so upset about it, STOP Restoration came out immediately and helped to get up all the water and start drying out my floors. I am so happy that they came when they did or my floors would have been ruined. They were so nice throughout the whole process, highly recommend.

I feel very fortunate to have been able to deal with S.T.O.P. after a very difficult experience involving a family member. The staff is so very courteous and helpful and I feel the genuine concern for my well being throughout this difficult ordeal. If you find yourself in a situation where you need this type of service, don't look any further. Contact these folks.....they are the very best of the best!!

This is the WORST company to work for, the owner Kegan seems to still be stuck in the past expecting his employees to devote their life to him since he signs the checks you're basically his slave. I worked here for only 2 months and it was the worst experience I've had with a family owned business, I was expected to clean up after Kegan the owner he would bring his alcoholic friends to drink during the job and would leave his shot glasses on my desk or in the sinks and would wait for me to wash them to continue drinking (mind you they don't have an alcohol license in that business). Here are some pictures of the glasses and his office with the liquor bottles in the back and the same glasses he would leave around for me to clean. like some other reviews say the owner Kegan only cares about his money, he is a 40 year old child expecting everyone else to clean up after him. if they can't treat their employees with respect I can't imagine how they treat their customers.

STOP and call any Other company. This company will rip you off, kick you while you're down- in an emergency. They come in and have you sign to cover work if insurance doesn't pay in full. Then they double regular mitigation charges And will not send detailed invoices. They will charge your double or triple what it should cost. Please stop and call another company. This company will threaten to lean your home when insurance doesn't pay in full and you'll be stuck with a bloated bill. Stop stop and do not use Them.

I am sorry to say that dealing with the dishonest and unprofessional people at STOP Restoration was WORSE than having my basement flooded with sewage!They were very eager to take the remediation job as it was an insurance claim. Two professional acting estimators showed up with brochures and seemed knowledgeable remediating the situation, however the crew that showed up to do the work were a mixed bag; some had a professional appearance, others looked like they slept in a dumpster, one of them cut through some phone lines which resulted in the internet going down but they claimed to have no knowledge of the event. That night we were told by the owner of the company a technician would be out the next morning to fix the situation, however when the crew arrived the next day, we were told to just call Century Link which resulted in the repair taking several days longer than it would have if we had contacted Century Link immediately, very annoying. Additionally, they put a hole in the basement ceiling which "coincidently" resulted in a secondary leak (I privately paid to repair). They did remediate the sewage leak, however in their billing to my insurance company they blatantly lied about the services they rendered, i.e. they claimed to have washed several square feet of windows that simply do not exist in our basement, also they claim to have rehung a lavatory sink that they left sitting in the shower, etc. this caused a delay with the insurance company being able to issue a settlement, during this time I was subject to a barrage of emails on a daily basis demanding immediate payment -when they knew the insurance claim had not been paid. They then threatened to send us to collections or to put a lien on the house. I paid the company as soon as I received the insurance settlement, that was never a question. But the whole situation has left me wondering: do they inflate all their claims then try to bully people into paying them when the insurance companies discover the fraud? I advise anyone reading this to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Excellent company, their technicians are highly trained in the latest industry standards and have the best customer service skills, Tony, Terry, Rueben, Richard, and Arshad are the best technicians in the industry, they have a very professional management team which consists of Kegan, John, and Jesse, this is an awesome company and are highly recommended

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. We had emergency water damage and called for a quote/assistance. Although we hadn't contracted them yet, they called us incessantly to try and gain our business. Eventually, and because we had limited time, we agreed to have them come out for an inspection. They came in, left a couple of fans and a dehumidifier in the room and left saying that insurance would probably cover it. That night they were quoting us for $3,000. THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for a couple of machines that we had, the day before, rented from Home Depot for $120. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, the person "helping" us called us 24 hours in, with an INAPPROPRIATELY AGGRESSIVE tone saying, "I'm not sure what type of game your playing, but you need to pay us." As if we weren't going to pay, AND charged us for their travel from ABQ to Santa Fe--a fee that we HAD NEVER agreed on or been privy to. THIS IS A SCAM, they disrespected us as customer, and we BEG THAT NO ONE WORK WITH THEM AGAIN. This is NOT how you run a business and we will be calling the BBB to report.
