Such an amazing store. I used to come here with my dad and just revisited with my boyfriend after many years. It is just as I remember. Great staff, an AMAZING selection, and price range for anyone. 31 years open and such a great variety of beads. You can get anything from plastic to glass and even charms. If need be you can get help to make any jewelry from start to finish.

We recently visited albuquerque. We were pleasantly suprised to see this bead store is still open. When living and working in abq (several times as fulltime rvers), we frequented this wonderful store. Robert was very helpful . Tiffany was always helpful too but it was her day off....We highly recommend.

Robert was very helpful, taking me through the whole shop to find just the beads I liked to create my own unique necklace. Complete with some copper trinkets on it. They have a large selection of those also. Go in, browse around, and have fun creating your own unique piece. They also have pre-strung, ready to wear pieces.

This bead shop also sells finished pieces and really pretty sarongs. If you're looking for a gift really quick, they have it covered. It may be best to enter the parking lot from the alley behind the store, near Morningside. I've gotten some really nice natural stone beads here, but last time I stopped in he had some really beautiful carnelian beads of all sizes. There's new stuff all the time, I ought to drop in more frequently, and with covid restrictions, this shop is so big, nobody is ever too close for safety.

What an awesome store, even if you're not a bead person. There are some pre-strung necklaces and rings. But if you're into beading, the variety is amazing.

We were in Albuquerque visiting family and had the good pleasure of discovering the Stone Mountain Bead Shop. The service was personal and the selection was impressive. The prices were competitive, especially compared to what we have in the Phx/Scottsdale area. The owner is knowledgeable about his products and willingly shares with his customers.If someone is looking only for Czech glass beads they can be found anywhere. This shop offers those, of course, but also has more unusual ethnic beads from around the world in great variety and price points.

Good selection and very helpful. For a bead junkie this is the place to go! Good prices as well!

In Albuquerque on vacation. This shop is a true gem! Robert has beads, cabochons, finished pieces, charms and other jewelry. A lot to see! Robert apologized his AC was out (in Aug), but he had fans going. He was a delight to visit with & we enjoyed him! Prices are great, too. Went there twice this trip!
