Stephanie Jones

Back in March 2011 I went to a group hypnosis session given by Stephanie and Peter Bedard (http://www.yelp.com/biz/peter-bedard-hypnotherapy-los-angeles) in order to quit smoking. I finished a cigarette before going inside and it was the last one I ever had. One single 1 hour session was all it took (for me anyway...YMMV). I had smoked a pack a day for over 20 years and just like that the urges were gone. I owe my life to these two and I will never forget what they did for me. Thank you Stephanie!
